We’ve been using Smiles4Keeps for the last 2 years and we have never had a bad experience. The staff is almost always super friendly, especially once you get back in the chair. The dental hygienist and the Doctor have always been super pleasant and patient. They don’t scold my son who has a hard time sitting still but instead they interact and engage with him. It’s creating a safe space where he feels SAFE at a dentist office. Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better dentist to take him too. I recommend them to everyone!

Georgi, the dental receptionist at Smiles for Keeps, is truly a gem! From the moment we walk in, she greets my family by name with a warm smile, making us feel welcome and valued. She goes above and beyond to ensure my children's appointments are scheduled together, which makes managing our busy schedule so much easier. Georgi is always helpful, accommodating, and takes the time to ensure everything is perfect before we leave. My 4 year old used to be so freaked out to go to the dentist after having a traditional X-ray done with putting the plastic in the back of her mouth, but this dentist brought in a new type of X-ray with a little flimsy plastic she could gently bite on and it was so easy and smooth. Supervisor Kara even came by because she noticed my daughter was scared from the previous x-ray experience and showed her how easy this one was and was able to make her feel comfortable. All the staff is so sweet here and really good with kids and I love that I can be with her to hold her hand if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Hannah Ashley and Dr Campbell were amazing. Really all of the staff was phenomenal 👏. They made my child very comfortable and they were very patient with her. 5 stars all around. I'm very happy with the service.

The entire team was really nice and inviting but I have to say that Marie was wonderful. My youngest son was getting some baby teeth extracted and she was extremely sweet and empathic in trying to soothe and calm him down. I highly recommend.

I have been taking my daughter here since she first had teeth come in. I have to pay out of pocket because they won’t take my insurance. I continued to go here because my daughter was comfortable with the staff. But after my recent experience, sad to say we will be going elsewhere from now on. I went to check out after being told how much I owed and was surprised when I went to pay and it was an extra $125.00 dollars. I come to find out that the 2 second conversation that was being had with my daughter about not smoking or vaping, mind you she is 10. Cost $55.00 and another $20.00 just to tell her to make sure she brushes for at least 2 minutes. The other $50.00 was for some other consultation. Makes no sense when I just told the lady I had to pay out of pocket and only had so much with me. Very upset with the situation. She never said that there were other charges. Definitely should have been a conversation she had with me before talking to my 10yr old and charging all the other fees. Will not be going back.

My son had a cleaning today and it was so quick.. Kara called us back so fast with her happy smile made us feel so comfortable so fast.. He had gingivitis under his braces that they found Tanya called Dr Campbell in for advise and they showed him the paper way to get under he braces. Tanya was so through teaching him.. my son loves his teeth .. thank you much for a great experience..

I really don't recommend this place. Why? Because they only care about getting money from your health insurance and from you. Their priority isn't the patient who comes in needing care, but the money they can get from you and your insurance. I went for a fractured tooth, and they did a supposed dental cleaning and periodontics, or at least that's what they charged my insurance. They only took four periapical and four interproximal x-rays, and they charged my insurance as if they'd done full-mouth x-rays. They charged me $75 for a panoramic x-ray, and my insurance covers 100% of the x-ray. They also play with your time. The lady at the desk, Nicole, scheduled an appointment for me, and when I went to the appointment, the other lady told me she didn't have one scheduled. I tried to talk to Nicole, and she completely ignored me, as if she didn't know she herself had scheduled me. A total mockery, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They also charged for a general consultation and didn't actually perform a proper evaluation. I also suffer from gum recession, which is a condition that is visible to the naked eye. The doctor never spoke to me about this. She only focused on the fact that I needed a crown, even though I refused the procedure. I only wanted my molar filled. In conclusion, I didn't receive a good evaluation; I didn't get a good diagnosis or a treatment plan that was followed. I went to the appointment to have my molar fixed, but I didn't have an appointment. This center was a total failure. All I had left was the use of my insurance, and now I'll have to pay for everything again at another center.
