I visited Smile Saver Dentist today, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The service was truly top tier from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk created a welcoming atmosphere, and their professionalism set the tone for my appointment.
All of the dental assistants were not only polite but also incredibly helpful, making me feel at ease throughout the process. The dentist and hygienist were equally amazing, showing great care and respect while addressing my concerns.
This has officially become my new go-to dental office, and I absolutely love it here! A big thank you to the team at Smile Saver for an outstanding experience. Highly recommend

This dental group was recommended to me. I must say at first I was skeptical, but the skepticism was quickly placed aside when I went to my first visit. I was pleasantly greeted by two very friendly and polite ladies. The same occurred on my second visit. The doctor and staff are caring, friendly, polite and professional. I received excellent service. It was not uncomfortable, at all. I'm usually petrified about going to the dentist, but they put me at ease.

I experienced a dental emergency during the holidays and called the Smile Saver Dental Group hoping that the office was open. To my surprise they were. Not only was I able to get an urgent appointment, the service that I received was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. The office manager was very knowledgeable. The dentist was amazing. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone whether for an emergency or just routine dental care.

The ladies at the front desk are amazing and very helpful! They are always very kind and friendly to me and my family. Very accommodating too! The dentist did an amazing job on my fillings without it being too uncomfortable.

The receptionists were nice but my overall dental work experience was the worst! The male dentist was horrible, very dissmissive to your concerns, accusatory, condescending to a point of racial profiling. I would never recommend anyone to go there, especially anyone of color nor would I ever go there again even for free. The work was very disappointing and the only way they would redo is if you paid all over again.

I wish the new assistant was as nice as the ladies in the front. There's a newbie that was not pacient and didn't know how to take good xrays on a 6yr old they had to retake them 3x. I can't believe how unprofessional she was very rude just because it was time for her lunch and her friend was waiting for her she was rushing and getting mad just cus my daughter didn't want to let her brush her teeth.

SCAM OFFICE BEWARE!
Purchased a groupon for a teeth cleaning and Xrays. I was told by the dentist I have one cavity that needs to be filled. When the nurse came in, she said she was going to “polish” my teeth. I said I paid for a teeth cleaning, and she told me it was the same thing. When I was leaving, they told me I could make an appointment to fill my cavity for $150. I asked if she could check if my medi-cal insurance was valid to cover the cavity and she checked said yes, but my insurance was assigned to another office. I went to that office and they re-did my xrays. They found I had no cavity in the spot this office said I did. Not only that, but they said I need a teeth cleaning. When I stated that I just got one the week prior, the dentist said they couldn’t tell whatsoever and I have plaque build up. So this office tried to scam me by saying I had a cavity when I didn’t, and they didn’t even clean my teeth. I will be contacting Groupon and my bank to get my money back.

Update:
When I went back to my new dentist for my teeth cleaning, I mentioned the owner’s response to my review. They said I had years of tartar build up and this office had definitely NOT cleaned my teeth whatsoever and there’s no way any of that could still be there from just having my teeth supposedly cleaned. I know I was not paying for a deep cleaning, but this office did not clean my teeth at all. I just wanted a regular cleaning which is what was advertised. Current dentist verified their equipment was up to date and that a cavity is a cavity (not something to have an “opinion” on) and they’d be able to see it. I do not have a cavity. I did however get my money back from groupon.
