Smile Hot Springs

My husband's dentist retired so he was looking for a new dentist. He went for his first appointment for a teeth cleaning at Smile Hot Springs and had a very good experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hygienist, Clara, did an exceptional job cleaning his teeth and was super pleasant. He is glad he chose Smile Hot Springs as his new dental clinic.

Everyone I met was very friendly, happy, & helpful. Probably the most positive, excellent, & painless dental work (crown) I've ever experienced. Go there!!

Just got standard X-rays and cleaning, Ersulla was very friendly and walked me through everything she did, my X-rays, and future options for wisdom teeth. Front desk was also nice during 3 separate calls and answered all of my questions.

I was referred after my dentist retired and I'm so glad that I was referred, they are the sweetest, Nicest, people I have ever met. And so welcoming.

I did a lot of research before coming to Smile Hot Springs as a patient. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. Doctor Erwin is very kind, empathetic, and his work is flawless. He is an excellent dentist and in a short amount of time has already resolved some issues that have been causing me a great deal of pain. Just this past weekend I had an emergency and they were more than happy to help me on a Sunday morning. The office is first class from check in to check out. Melissa, the office manager is sweet as sugar. I'm thankful I made the change to Smile Hot Springs. ?

This place will NOT help you… They want the money upfront. They do t care if you have gum disease and it’s spreading. They want the $1000 UPFRONT. With insurance.. Another greedy pos in the medical field. Funny they blocked me on Facebook

I had a cleaning with Melissa with a dental exam, and I can honestly say it was the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr Erwin was very thorough and asked me questions no other dentist had ever bothered to ask. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was light and upbeat. Everyone had a smile on their face. You will not find a better dental office in Hot Springs!!

They file the wrong insurance. They do not send bills for 6 months so you do not realize what they have done. Then say it’s too late to file the correct insurance. They cancel your appointment because you never paid a bill that you didn’t know you had. Very incompetent staff.
