I had a fantastic experience at Smile Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was so welcoming and made me feel truly cared for. Isabella, the receptionist, was especially helpful, she guided me through the entire appointment process and made everything so easy. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I’m definitely coming back here 100%! Highly recommend Smile Dental to anyone looking for excellent care and a friendly atmosphere.

I would seek assistance elsewhere. These people do not know what they are doing. This companies biggest concern is how much money they can get out of you. Negligent. Staff supposedly sent out approval for crown or bridge. Was told it takes 30 days to be approved. Staff does not care about you. 30 days ago they conducted a root canal and Put temporary filling(good for maybe a few weeks). I was told by office staff that approval will be finalized to do either procedure. Lies. I called insurance and was told nothing was requested. I have a big gaping hole in my mouth. I went to another local dentist and they got my procedure approved in minutes. I will no longer even entertain the idea of using this dentist. So if any one from the corporate office sees this you might want to replace your office staff or conduct audit of work authenticity.

I was recommended this place by family & friends, was a bit hesitant at first. Overall I had an amazing experience with the staff. Isabell was so helpful with getting my next appointment scheduled & the follow ups. Definitely recommend!

Im sick and tired of this place. I initially left a voicemail saying I wanted a refund of my money because they caused more problems then I started with. Came in with one pain in one tooth. Came out with 8 teeth. They are complete scammers. My previous dentist always told me that my teeth are perfect. I came to this office only because it was closer. They forced me so bad , having no shame of taking your money and taking advantage of you. They took advantage of my gullibleness. They SHAVED HEALTHY TEETH FOR NO REASON and is giving me more problems. My filling fell OFF twice and gave me more pain in teeth I didnt even have pain to start with. Now I have to go to another dentist to fix it and I complained about my night gaurd doesnt not fit correctly and they wont fix it. I been complaining about the teeth that still hurt alot and they wont do anything to fix it. I feel so taken advantage of. They will change their story as many times as they can to manipulate you. Now I have to pay alot of money ongoing from this to fix it. Stay away from this place they dont know what they are doing. Push uneccesary procedures they change the reason everytime you ask. They literally lie to your face. They have no intention in your well being, they are after your money. Scammed me of 1,200$

I recommend this office to my friends and family. All the doctors are great and Sonia, Lidia ,Mayra, Jamie , Lorena and Anna are the best. They help you and treat you like family.

Thieves and got scammed.. First of all did my implant here way back 2020 first attempt was horrible with the terrible doctor made a mistake and failed. Pain and suffering was off the chart.. but I forgave them anyway. After few months different doctor did it and did a good job so I just let go of my first terrible experience that’s why I was still coming back not until recently. They offered me another service like single denture and a whitening package last November 2023. The doctor was really convincing about the treatment thats why I took it and of course cost me a fortune. The denture was ok though they made a mistake at first and send it back. But the whitening package that cost me $800, they keep forgetting and never done until I came again last july this year 2024. So imagine 8 months of waiting but never done so I finally decided to forget it I just want my money back since they keep forgetting to do it and reschedule. And I didn’t want it anyway more because I’m tired of waiting and pissed so I just want my money back. The front desk lady who was very rude said okay we’ll see what we can do and call you back and send you a check for refund but its already 3 months never receive a check nor a call back from them. So basically they stole my money. So Be careful of these place people . Terrible and horrible people.
