OK on the dentistry etc. Both wife and I used this practice (and always paid in full!) for four or five years. No complaints. But on a Thursday night in December my wife had a horrible toothache and was miserable. Called at 8:00AM on Friday morning for the emergency - and was told the "office was closing at 12:30 today and they were too busy to see anyone else." Despite my pleas, after they batted the call around a bit and likely asked the dentist, we were told no again and it was suggested she wait for a Tuesday 8:00AM appointment. Really? Enjoy your 3 day weekend guys. Then we were told to call around and maybe we would find some one to take her. We did, and were embraced with loving arms and great service and people (review elsewhere). Take this as you will, but I am just serving up facts here.
