I made an appointment with them over the phone and when I got there the next day they said they couldn’t accept me because i don’t work for simmons/my family doesn’t work for simmons they should really explain that over the phone or have it post on their website when you go to it

Every interaction I have gets worse and worse. Yesterday I busted open my lip and it needs immediate care, Simmons Care Clinic is my primary place for health/medical needs. Not only was I placed on hold after leaving a voicemail the first time, I was hung up on after waiting unanswered for SEVERAL minutes. Called back, and they said they couldn't get me in, basically in short said, "that sucks, sorry!". Do not go here, you'll be disappointed. I'm disappointed this is what my insurance pays for. Ridiculous.
