Took me to my doctor's appointment and then told the receptionist here at the doctor's office that it would be at least a hour before they could pick me up. Yikes. Lack of communication, I guess.
The nursing home is doing better for me, personally, after I had experienced a few moments with staff and food. They addressed the situations and worked on it. The CNA'S seem to care for Most part. So far I give them 3.5 stars.

I was a patient from April 30 th to November 1st and had 3 kidney infections and a UTI that ended up in hospital with also kidney,bladder,ecoli and sepsis infection. Currently still listed as patient even I left Nov 1st.

My friend stayed at this facility and she certainly had many health difficulties to be attended to. Staff was respectful and always supportive. One person stands out to me. Nicole Graham took a lot of time on more than one occasion to answer questions, give explanations and express compassion in a very professional way. Also, social worker interaction, admissions and resources for home health care were helpful. Good experience under the circumastance.

I really appreciated the kind service of the staff and nurses. They took really good care of my dad who is suffering from pancreatic and liver cancer and was there for physical therapy. My mom visited numerous times a day to check on him and he was always well taken care of. Our family was very thankful.

Unless you are prepared to give you parent, grandparent or anyone else in this facility you full attention, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! I cannot stress this enough! After you leave at the end of the day, we’ll let’s just say the staff think it is the end of their day. Seriously would not recommended leaving my pet without complete confidence! At 10 they will tell your loved ones, do not call, it is after hours! My Mother needed assistance going to the bathroom, they told her to use her diaper that is what it was for! Unacceptable! I expect total and complete care for my Mother! After meeting with the director and staff it did get better. But ONLY because there are 4 of us on her side making sure they do what we expect for our Mother’s care. You are not “supposed “ to spend the night but one of my sisters did! Needless to say they were quite shocked when she did. Just remember it is your loved one you are leaving, and at night they are on their own no matter their capabilities!!! Very unsatisfied with the care and capabilities!!!! Low staff it NOT an excuse for me! You are paid to do your job no matter how many staff members there are available, DO YOUR FREAKIN JOB!!!! Do not underestimate your ability to make a change in this broken system! Fight for your family member, look a little closer, watch a little harder be confident in the place you leave them for any form of care! Just sayin! Nurses are hateful and rude after dark!

Worst food I've ever ate! Orange juice was Kool ade. I wouldn't feed the food to my dog. One time it was decent. You have a paper on your tray saying what your supposed to get, you don't get what's on the paper ! I hope I never have to go there again. Plus they had pain medicine for me and the nurse said , oh we have to call your doctor. So the day I left , I had 58 pills that I could have taken. Never got my other medicine. Plus we were not able to get any snacks, only graham crackers.

I had to call the police in order to get an employee to let me talk with my mother. The food I saw, I had to ask mom what it was.
There are some really good people there and I can see that they're doing the best they can.
Mom spent 2 nights there. No PT as ordered, no doctor ever even saw her face.
I took her home AMA and was told that because she was leaving without the doctor's OK, she might have to pay cash for staying there.
2 stars because of the few dedicated members of staff were so helpful and kind.

My grandmother was here for maybe four days. She was in a shared room that four people had to share a bathroom. Beverly’s son told my grandmother to hurry up because somebody else had to use the toilet. This place is old. It smells like feces. Some of the workers were nice. Beverly, Alana carol to name a few. But the guy telling her to hurry up was out of line. Food is horrible. That’s to be expected. Some of the workers are rude and shouldn’t be working there. Shower was dirty. I would recommend you go somewhere else.
