Just returned from an appointment with Signature Dental. Michelle always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She told me that she is retiring after 29 years. She will be missed. I wish her well in her retirement.

Signature Dental takes care of all of my dental needs in a very professional manner. Christina and Dr. Fox are very friendly and have reviewed my dental history before I arrive.
All of my work career, I had Delta Dental insurance offered by my company. So, a few years ago, when Medicare and the advantage plans started offering an extra dental coverage option, I eagerly signed up. What I do not appreciate is being treated like a welfare case at the front office at Signature Dental because I use Delta Care.

No more! We couldn't help but feel that this was the worst experience we've ever had at a dental practice. The office manager, J, seems to be the main issue. While the doctors and hygienists appear to be skilled, they seem to overlook the manager's behavior. J is rude, overbearing, and often misleading, seemingly prioritizing profits over patient care.
