Sierra Vista Healthcare Center

Sierra Vista is an incredible facility. It is more of a 5 star hotel than a rehabilitation facility. My Mom was a patient twice this year. The nurses and the staff are very very nice and they treated her with compassion and respect. During Christmas holiday the different nurses stations and the offices gave a competition to see who has the most decorative and festive holiday cheer! Sierra Vista is spotless, the meals are incredible. My Mom and I miss the clinic and the staff. They really do care for their patients. Thank You for all you have fine to care for my Mom.

I am currently receiving physical therapy here and I have to say I have been very happy with the staff and facility. Staff is awesome! They do go out of their way. Facility is very clean and sanitized. Lots of activities to do. Would definitlity recommend.

Sierra vista has a great team! I have worked at other facility and Sierra vista by far has been the best! They really care for their residents and always thriving to do better.

I've worked at this facility for a couple months and am happy with how down to earth and friendly the staff is. The kitchen staff is always working hard to make great dishes and physical therapy is very involved with each resident.

My Mom was in this facility for a few weeks until she was released last monday .. Every time i would visit her, her room & bed area were always dirty. My mom always always! had dirty clothes on even though my sister would always take her clothes and blankets. the day my mom was released, all they tried to give my sister was her socks absolutely No clothes or her backpack that my sister had taken with presonal items were returned, and according to the nurses, no one knows what happened to her clothes / blankets or backpack .. Also, one of the days that my family and I visited, my mom we asked for permission to take her out, on our way out, the nurse that was walking behind us asked a cna named jonathan to help us put my mom in the vehicle, and as we're walking towards him, he respondid to the nurse, saying, really in front of me and my mom and all my family that came from out of state. I thought that was so disrespectful but didn't want to make a big deal out of it it was our frist time visiting my mom but the more we would visit the more i notice how the CNS and staff are really not doing what they should be .. I'm really disappointed in this facility, and I will make a state report ..

My grandfather was at this facility and they provided adequate care. He enjoyed physical therapy and enjoyed mingling with the residents, the most helpful being Adan and some others in the activities department. He died happy.

Nursing staff are good. They are there when I need them. Always available to take my questions. When I'm out for blood they always give me the reassurance I need. I like this team.

This place is awful, they're are liar's regarding their staff they do not care for the patients like they should, the food is processed, from frozen food. They don't answer call lights when they should and they are very rude, my mother in law is there.
