Dr. Stachler offered excellent care for my mother with a recent revision of a total hip replacement. He is very knowledgeable as he was able to explain the process and procedure that was needed. His quick action and willingness to listen has allowed my mother to walk again! He is very personable and caring! His professionalism is top notch. He accommodates his patience on every level!

Dr. Stachler is an amazing surgeon. I had a total hip replacement and while it was my first joint replacement, it was by far the best I have felt after any surgery I have had.

During my pre and post op visits Dr. Stachler took his time with me, explained everything, and was extremely kind and helpful. Even when I asked repeat questions or questions that could have been considered silly, he answered them without hesitation or judgement.

The only possibly negative thing I can think of is that Dr. Stachler uses all medical terminology when he is talking to the patient. I personally have a medical field background, so I was able to understand, or infer, most of the terminology and explanations. But, I could see this as potentially being an issue for other patients. I imagine that Dr. Stachler would have gladly explained using more casual, familiar terms if I had asked though.

Every staff member, office and surgical team, that I have interacted with has been great. They’ve all been upbeat and friendly. In the almost year that I have been a patient of Dr. Stachler’s I have not come across any one seeming grumpy or sour, even when I was.

When (not if, because I’m being realistic with myself) the time comes that I need another orthopedic surgery, I will absolutely seek Dr. Stachler out again.

Everyone is always so friendly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or in the patient room waiting for the doctor. They are very punctual and quick but also very thorough.

Dr. Stachler replaced my right knee. The surgery went great. He is a very skilled surgeon. I walked shortly after surgery, and walked up and down the stair steps. I was home about 2:30 pm the same day. I didn’t have much pain, and healed quickly. It has been 6 weeks and I’m getting around great. Dr. Stachler took his time with me and had explained everything about the surgery ahead of time. He really takes his time. He makes a neat incision that looks good. Dr Shawn Stachler and his Nurse Practitioner Jacob Wallace, are wonderful friendly folks, and you will enjoy them both. You can be confident that Dr. Stachler and Jacob will care for you as they are both excellently trained Orthopedic Doctor and N.P.

I was overall impressed with.the knowledge, thoroughness and concern of. All the caregivers. The surgeons were not only experts but deeply assuring in their follow ups and personalization of care. The facility was perfectly kept.

Great doctor, speaks so I completely understand what he is saying about my surgery and knee recovery. Easy to get ahold of his nurse if you have any questions and she gets back to me really quickly. Very nice bedside manner too, very patient and answers all my questions and does ask if I have anymore specific questions. Takes his time with me too, there's no rushing in and rushing out. Great experience.
