Do not switch to Souza. She came recommended by an aprn that I trust completely. When I went to the visit, she agreed to be my PCP and stated that when my refills were out, to direct them to her office. I did as she advised, and I advised my current PCP that I was discontinuing my patient relationship with him.
Two months & three prescriptions later that she advised she was not "comfortable filling" and countless calls to even get in touch with anybody has me left with no pcp.
Do not go here unless you want the wool pulled over your eyes, and then the rug pulled out from underneath you.
Also, don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews on her Facebook. She will block anyone that leaves a bad review.
