Everyone is professional and so very nice. They put you at ease. The scheduled cleanings have always been painful for me but not now. The sensitive gel makes the process so much easier. Love this stuff.

I also had 4 fractured front teeth. Dr Ricky got me through the whole process. It wasn’t an easy process but he walked through it all to the final new gorgeous teeth.

You can’t go wrong with this group. I’ve been with them for years. I recommend them to everyone.

Horrible experience nov 5 2024

I lost my dad due to Ricky singhs lack of incompetence in giving a patient CPR when going into cardiac arrest because apparently my dad “requested more anesthesia” (his words) my dad suffered irreversible brain damage because Ricky Singh didn’t give my father cpr the moment he stopped breathing he borrowed a Lucas compression machine that his office didn’t own and didn’t know how to use it because my father wasn’t given chest compressions until the paramedics arrived there was a 15-30 min gap where my fathers brain lacked oxygen more than 7 mins he was brought to the hospital where he was in a coma for 20 days until he passed away November 25 I’m devastated my dad is no longer with us because of Ricky Singh he only checked in the day my dad was admitted to John Muir after that not a single peep I advise you not to go to get anything done from this office because another gentleman was brought to John Muir a lil after my dads last days for the same exact reason and also passed away. my mom lost her husband of 36 year's, I lost my dad and my kids lost their loving grandpa do your research please before trusting an individual with your life.

My family went here for a year. The dentist was good, but the cleanings are rough (they use extremely high-pitched water pick cleanings, the kind that sound like nails on chalkboards) and front office support was terrible (literally 8 polite follow-ups to increasingly hostile front office staff to try and get our medical forms released for a transfer to a new office). The pediatric side of the office was much better all around. For the Shadelands Dental Care (adults side) - do not recommend.

This place has been awful - I had three appointments for regular check ups, all of which were cancelled or rescheduled months later. One appointment was cancelled on the morning of as I was heading to their office. The front desk was terrible to work with, repeatedly rude and unhelpful. The dentist and hygienist were fine but I only got to see them one time in nearly 2 years!
