My daughter was abruptly (without any prior notice via mail, email, or telephone) dropped as a patient due to our health insurance. We were not warned or even made aware of this until I called to make an appointment today and the receptionist made it abundantly clear that they do not serve Forward Health Insurance families. I was also told we owed an unpaid balance that was not specified by someone who was not myself or my daughter, and somehow my daughter was denied care due to these reasons. I was also told "if you had different insurance we could serve you". My daughters last visit was in 2023, they absolutely accepted the insurance then without problem and said at the time "we cannot take you [Mom/myself] on as an a patient with Forward Health but we will continue to serve your daughter". We were never made aware of this change towards my daughters care. They also sounded exceedingly condescending when relaying the information. I also informed them I would be letting those who do have *other* insurance know of this treatment. I personally wouldnt go anywhere that knowingly and intentionally shows discrimination against class.

Everyone at seymour dental is amazing. They are so kind and personable! I had the pleasure of having Dr. Kraft put a cap on my tooth. He did a phenomenal job! He walked me through the whole procedure while he was working. But best of all, with his upbeat personality and enthusiasm it made it like I had my very own cheerleader! I'm not going to lie, I usually HATE going to the dentist for anything but a cleaning, but I LOVED every part of my appointment today! Thank you seymour dental- especially Dr. Kraft!!

I definitely recommend Seymour Dental. The staff are all so friendly and they all do an excellent job. I was worried about losing a tooth that had broke off but the dentist saved it and made it look like it was never broken. The best part of all is they get you in for appointments quickly and they also take my children. It's really nice to be able to take the whole family to one dentist. I'm super grateful.

Great experience with Seymour dental. I have major anxiety when it comes to these appointments and they are beyond understanding and patient. I had to get a tooth pulled and I was absolutely dreading it and they made the experience so much better. Highly recommend them! The whole staff was kind and they do everything they can to put you at ease.

Dr. Kraft has gone above and beyond with my dental situation! The entire staff I’ve dealt with have been so friendly and amazing. The 3 hour trips to the dental office there and back have been well worth it due to the skills and dental expertise needed for my situation.
