Dear All that are checking out whether to go to this facility. I urge you to beware.

I should have done more research on their reviews before booking an appointment.
Initially I was referred to them to possible help my son, booked an appointment and was told to put my credit card on file.

The office told me that they would take my insurance, after checking with my insurance company , they do not take the insurance so I called in advance and politely canceled my appointment. At no point did anyone tell me they would bill me for services they did not actually do.

Sadly they did charged my card days later, this is Fraud! I tried many times to reach their billing department without success. They do not even have the decency to respond to my calls and messages. Chase is investigating them for fraudulent activity..

I urge you all to reconsider using this facility. There are other better quality and Honest and Transparent companies that. can help you. Consider Dr. Byron or Trinergy.

I assume Serenity will respond to this with a snarky response as they do with all of their many negative posts which speaks volumes about the character of their staff. Please Be Well and Beware of this facility.

I was going to Serenity for nearly 3 years for comprised immune system and fatigue. With my weakened immune system before going I was sick more days the healthy. Initially I had pretty good results and overall was sick much less often. As treatments rotated some helped while others didn't. The most recent treatment is ineffective. I've been I'll for several weeks now. I had an appointment scheduled and contacted Serenity via text and phone(went to message-couldn't get a person)to see if I should come in. They didn't contact me back till an hour after my appointment time. Not knowing the policy on if I should go in ill, I stayed home. They called me an hour after my appointment time demanding 50$ for missing the appointment. I explained I've been ill and contacted them twice with no response and the receptionist said "they told her to charge me" i would have went in if I knew they wanted me to. It's crazy I've been going for about 3 years to improve my weakened immune system, literally spent thousands of dollars and went in every few months and they are being shady about 50$ for me missing because they didn't respond, and I was ill, because the treatments they had me on weren't working. I suggest finding a place with an owner or management that cares about more then just the money.

Dr Deb is the best! She takes the the time to listen and find solutions when others won't. Her knowledge and expertise in integrative medicine is a welcome approach to simply throwing a pill at an ailment. She is thorough and really gets to the root of the problem. The staff has been very helpful as well. Highly recommend Serenity Health Care Center.

While I usually refrain from sharing negative reviews, my experience with this healthcare facility demands scrutiny. When I initiated HCG weight loss treatment, my primary care provider expressed concerns, leading to a request for an alternative program, initially denied, which caused me to question the significant $1,000 investment. Subsequent discussions led to a program change, but unforeseen costs emerged, including a $250 NP visit and $1,000 lab bill, causing the program's cost to triple. Additionally, generic products were utilized, and my doctor later warned of potential harm from prescribed medication. As communication complexities escalated via texting and chart updates, I terminated treatment, received remaining products, and was informed of completion options, but remained dissatisfied and discontinued service. I caution others, especially those with autoimmune diseases like myself, to carefully consider external providers' guidance before committing. Ultimately, I have no positive results to show for this investment.

The nurses and other staff were helpful and welcomng for my first visit. However, after the nice nurse took my information, I waited in the room without direction, for 40 plus minutes. Finally a staff member came in to apologize for the wait and that it would be a few more minutes. Frustrated, when the doctor came in I made a comment about being late, which probably didn't go very well with her. Her bedside manner was uncaring and quick She didn't even ask aboout my diet or inflammation which are common symptoms of the previous my lyme disease. She really didn't even welcome me.
On a good note, she did give me some information and supplements that I needed for my Babesia.. She also told me that I had to treat Bartonella too, which was informative.

I would not recommend - expensive for 20-30 minutes of her time.

I went to Serenity for treatment of lyme disease because they had LLMDs and took a naturopathic and holistic approach to treatment. Amy was wonderful and I was able to get into remission. Sadly I quit going to Serenity because of the direction they are going . It has become more of a medispa focusing on semiglutide, wrinkle treatments and money. I have since found another naturopathic doctor who believes in a natural approach to health through herbs, and food. It's sad to see how much Serenity has changed their focus in the last few years. I did like the old Serenity.

My first appointment was canceled by Serenity the day of. The week following I was able to reschedule. I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was roomed in a timely manner, however the nurse practitioner was 40 minutes late and no one came into my room to make me aware of the delay. Following my appointment, it was recommended I have lab work completed and this could be done at the clinic. After waiting 50 minutes to be called for the lab work, I couldn’t wait any longer, and asked to be checked out. I spent 2 hours and 20 minutes at the clinic in whole. The whole experience was completely unprofessional.
