SERC Physical Therapy

Seth and the team at the Bentonville facility are great to work with. They care about you and the proper rehab program that gets you back to as close to 100% at a pace that works for the patient. I had three cracked vertebrae’s that I was recovering from and Seth developed a program that allowed me progress at a pace that was best for me but increased my mobility a little more each visit. They listened to me and adjusted based on my feedback per visit. They allowed me to do more each time and increase weights as long as I did not feel any discomfort or major pain anywhere. They believe in doing what’s best for the patient and not over doing it to where it sets the patient back. Was a great couple of months and I actually looked forward to each visit. Highly recommend SERC.

I can’t recommend Bentonville SERC enough! From my very first visit, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in each patient’s recovery. My physical therapist (Seth) took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan, tailored exercises to fit my needs, and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and progressing. The clinic itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive, motivating atmosphere. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I’ve made significant progress and for the first time in my life have normal mobility.

I am incredibly happy to have my first experience with physical therapy to be here at SERC. They have been kind, compassionate, and understanding through one of the most challenging moments in my life. My physical therapist Katelyn has been super supportive helping me manage my EDS and POTS, developing a comprehensive plan to help me regain some control over my life. I appreciate the SERC team, as they are very patient with me which means a lot as my social anxiety because my AuDHD makes me a chatterbox! SERC has become one of the highlights of my day due to their amazing support, kindness, compassion, and understanding. They have not only changed my life for the better but have also made a wonderful lasting impression as I currently go through one of the most difficult times of my life.

Everyone I’ve met on staff has been very knowledgeable, kind, and sincere in their desire and willingness to help. My therapist, Katelyn, comes up with meaningful exercises and fully explains how they will help me get better. She also respects my privacy concerns and ensures that I’m only scheduled when the private room is available. It has been a great experience having her as my PT and reaching milestones under her care.

The Bentonville and Rogers SERC teams are truly consummate professionals. They treat you like you matter, and want to rehabilitate you to make you feel whole again. A year and a half ago I started a PT journey with Courtney after a major illness at the Rogers location. She got me through some of the most debilitating surgeries. Due to complications for my illness, I was injured again and started with Katelyn at the Bentonville location. The team, again, is just truly knowledgeable, kind, and eager to assist with their therapeutic knowledge. My only regret is that I didn't come in sooner! I wish all care providers would be as attentive and intelligent as the team at SERC. Thank you for competency and willingness to be more than a physical therapist, but also an emotional support system! I'm so grateful.

The SERC team is fantastic, from the time you walk in the door until your recovery is complete! The therapists are not only very knowledgeable, they show kindness and caring as they guide you to recovery! For example, I was having a very bad day, walked in the door and my day was completely turned around by the atmosphere of positivity within their walls! I highly recommend them!

An amazing location! My wife had reconstructive foot surgery and they were very helpful in helping her throughout her recovery. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional are words I would use to describe the Bentonville location. Their clinical director Hannah, is fantastic as well. That is who my wife had.
