I was very fortunate to find Senior Care Authority when it came time to move my mother into a care home. I have cared for my mother for over 3 years and her dementia worsened to the point that I could not continue to care for her. Loretta helped me find a wonderful place for her that I had not located on my own. There was no pressure and so much attention to detail was shown that I highly recommend them to anyone looking for senior care.

I was looking for a care facility for our 98
year old mother. There are so many and it got confusing where to look next. Some agencies seemed a little aggressive and too business like for me.

I was so grateful that someone suggested I should call Marcy at Senior Care Authority North Bay. It was so relaxing speaking with her. She has so much information for she’s
been in the field for a very long time. We could discuss some of the places I had seen and it all started to make sense. She could validate some of my feelings about them
as well as offer more in-depth questions I should be asking.

There are so many different types of places to consider. When one begins to be able to experience a variety of facilities it starts to become more clear what your needs actually are.

I worked with Loretta. She took me to several places. She also has a lot of experience. She is so easy to work with and has, like Marcy, built an incredible business connection and respect with different places. We were welcomed and graciously shown around.

I am most grateful that they both spoke so highly of Martha at Treehaven Estate in Kenwood. I couldn’t wait to meet her. I had driven by this facility before it was open. They knew her and her other place in Sonoma. Treehaven is a gorgeous house.

My mother is there now. I cannot say enough about my gratitude to Loretta and Marcy for Martha. Moms transition went so well because Martha and her caregivers are
extraordinary people. They are so kind and respectful. My mother is truly thriving and so happy there.

Loretta works to find the perfect kind environment for your loved ones at such a vulnerable time in their life.

Loretta was exceedingly helpful in helping me find an Assisted Living Home for my mother. She also came as a companion type caregiver. Had a nice easy going manner and multiple ideas and I liked how she talked with my mother though ultimately my mom decided she didn't want anyone visiting her.

Marcy was so knowledgeable and kind. She listened and helped me understand all this that was new to me.
She helped me find several places for mom and took me personally to them and answered questions I had and helped me understand the process of getting mom settled and finding a place that best suited her needs.
She took so much time with me and I feel that she really cared about mom and I.
