After my major knee surgery last May, the Select PT team here helped me get fully back on my feet! I first came in on crutches, days out of surgery and barely able to move, and 9 months later I’m back to running and full range of motion. Finally discharged right as I’m on track to move out of SF — huge thanks to Rosie, Rehan, Jess, Christine, and all the other staff/ trainees that helped me get to where I am today!

I had excellent service at Select PT! The PTs and support staff I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and made my recovery a top priority. I received the perfect level of care - from the assessment of my injury, to the exercises that were recommended, and most importantly for me - the right level of rigor and challenge with the exercises that took my healing to the next level! I went to the Pac Heights clinic for plantar fasciitis. I️ saw a trained physical therapist for just my eval but then only saw an assistant for the remainder of my visits. I’ve been to Pt for a lot of things over the years and have never had this experience and it was frustrating to feel like my PT had so little availability that I️ couldn’t get my questions answered or alter my care plan. Going all the way to the clinic just for someone to have me do exercises I️ could do at home didn’t feel worth it so I️ stopped going. I️ go to PT to see a doctor that is trained in fixing my issues not a personal training session. They tried to be accommodating but it was impossible to fit into my PTs schedule so I will be looking for another PT clinic where I️ can actually see a doctor.

This is my first time there, and when I first spoke to Kelly on the phone, he works in the front desk, he very upbeat, friendly, very helpful, and funny! Monica is my physical therapist, she's very knowledgeable at what she does! I feel really comfortable with her, and she's very gentle. She asks me questions about my pain, and she takes it from there! Also the office is very nice and clean.

I want to leave a review for my physical therapist, Hein Kyi. He has been absolutely incredible in helping me recover. Hein is not only a good listener but also very easy to talk to. His knowledge and expertise are impressive. He gets five stars!

I'd rate the clinic a solid 4 stars, although there are areas that could use improvement. Scheduling appointments can be challenging, and it would be preferable if costs were charged promptly, within weeks rather than months. However, I was informed that they are actively working on enhancing both processes. Hopefully, by the time you visit, these issues will be resolved. On a positive note, the front desk workers are highly helpful, and the clinic maintains a clean and tidy environment.

I have been a patient at Select Physical Therapy at 1700 California Street in SF for the past six weeks and am very impressed with their staff and services. They have helped me improve my fitness, which in turn has allowed me to stop being in constant pain. I particularly appreciate physical therapists Rocio Brito, Rehan Aziz, and Hein Kyi. I also want to mention the amazing Kelly at the front desk. Without Kelly’s help I would still be waiting to see a therapist. I highly recommend this Select office.

I went to Select Physical Therapy to address a sore shoulder. I worked with Roland and he provided a great sequence of exercises that really helped me get back to full mobility. He’s an excellent practitioner, very knowledgeable, positive and supportive. I recommend Roland highly.

Reed is a great physical therapist. He’s very analytical, professional, and attentive. He almost immediately identified a possible reason for my lower-back pain that shoots down my leg and designed personalized physical-therapy sessions and at-home exercises. My pain subsided significantly upon seeing him even after the first time. Many thanks to Reed for providing such high-quality care!
