I am a senior citizen with mobility problems! I’ve done physical therapy in the past but usually get injured or the staff really has no time to listen to what my specific difficulties would be. Not here!
After a few sessions I was able to walk better than I have in years. I now look forward to each time I can meet with these incredible therapists. Mine are Samantha and Heather and I send kudos to them

I was certainly scheduled with the best PT staff member (although they all appear to be very professional). Justin is very personable, professional and appears to have a vast knowledge beyond PT and easy to communicate my needs.
BTW.....Leslie is very welcoming & professional as well when checking in.

Did not receive my exercises over the course of two weeks despite me messaging twice and calling 3 times asking for them. Also did not receive my visit records when I asked for them 🙁

Tyler is a professional trainer. Very friendly and helpful. I had surgery back in June on my shoulder. after a couple of appointments, My shoulder range motion has significant improved. The suction cups treatment, heat and cold therapy are very helpful.The trainers here knows what they are doing. when Tyler is on vacation, Samantha helped me to improve every time. They go extra miles to help patients to achieve their goals. I am very impressive what results after every appointment. If you never been to any PT, I recommended this place. Let them help you.

So I went here twice and I had to take off a little over a week to take care of my health! They never told me anything about being kick out of PT if you miss more than a week. And I email my PT twice. First time I heard from her, she never mention being kicked out, and then the second time nothing! Her name is Monica btw! But the receptionist did call me back and told me I was basically kicked out of PT, because I missed to many days! Nobody told me this when I signed up. Was very disappointed.

Heather Armstrong is the BEST PT. She's incredibly knowledgable, thorough and thoughtful in her approach. I've seen her twice for two very different issues, and both times she was so helpful in getting me back on my feet. In addition to providing excellent medical care, she's compassionate, pragmatic and takes input well. She's also really fun to work with!

BEST physical therapy in SF! The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient and intuitive to each of their clients needs. They communicate with your doctor, they use multiple PT techniques, they challenge you but they are cautious to avoid pushing too far. I am athletic and I am recovering more quickly due to their outstanding service! 100% if I ever needed PT again, this is where I would go!!!
