I had an FCE done at this location by an unfit and unhealthy-looking woman named Debbie. It's mind-blowing how she has a job evaluating people. Not only was I up against that, but she also appeared to be unhappy with where she is in life at the moment, saying she's been working for 30 years and can't retire. She was also very confused about why I wouldn't just leave my $40-an-hour job due to their negligence. She appeared to be very jealous of my situation by encouraging me to find another job after I explained to her several times that I'm not leaving my job due to their negligence. If you're receiving workers' compensation and have been ordered to get an FCE, this is what you're up against. Debbie is unfit to be an evaluator. Every test she had me do during the evaluation, I would never do at my job. I kept stressing this to her, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. If you are not on workers' compensation, you should definitely find another therapist because if she can't be honest during an evaluation return-to-work order, what makes you think she'll be honest with a walk-in off the streets? Now I have to risk my safety and the safety of others due to her poor evaluation.

This is an update. I am back with a back injury this time.
Still have great therapist Kelvin, Jamie, Sue and Kayla. I get passed around like a joint. I am not complaining because each is different and I get a smorgasbord of therapy. I must say the receptionist is very nice and helpful as well.11/01/2022

Jamie is a great Physical Therapist. Every time I finish one exercise she brings out more gadgets. So with a friendly eye roll I perform my exercises. But she will not overwork that muscle. The entire staff is professional and seem to work as a team.
