The therapists here are great!!! They don't force you to overwork yourself. You let them know your limits, and they will work with you. If you feel you can do more, let them know, they will work with you and ensure you do not hurt yourself pushing too hard. Let them know how you are feeling during the process, if something isn't right, they will find another way to work with what you have going on with your body.

I came in with two injuries, and Mitalee helped me gain my strength and range of motion back. I didn’t make it easy with two injuries at the same time. She always made sure my pain was minimal, and if I was ok. Whenever I had a problem, she acknowledged it and did her best to fix it. Mitalee is very kind, and I’m so happy I came to see her. It was a long draining process, but she made it a lot better.

They NEVER pick up their phones. NEVER. I had called for about 4 weeks after a referral for PT. And after leaving at least 5 messages and a message online, I only got 3 voicemails to call back...which is funny because they never pick up their phones. My family helped call, and same thing. I even asked my doctor if this office is still open and why he would refer me to an office that is impossible to make an appointment with.
I finally had the chance to drive to the office location. And indeed they are still open. They just don't answer phones or online messages. (Is it 1801? Should I use messenger pigeons?!)
I was able to get an appointment in person, only.
There is apparently only one lady at the front desk and she's so busy she never answers the phone or calls back within 2 business days.
Will update my review once PT starts
