I've been going to Select Physical Therapy for the past 10 years to treat various injuries and now recovery from hip replacement surgery. Each therapist I have worked with has not only provided me with excellent treatment and care, they have been genuinely caring about my treatment process and recovery. Great place to get your physical therapy ! Very clean, friendly and always on time. I did my entire sessions after a shoulder injury and I have to say it was the best place I could have done my 10 sessions. Gotta say thanks to Kei H. For the help and support. Definitely worth a shot !

My experience at Select Medical has been positive both physically and emotionally. From the moment I entered this office I was warmly greeted by Ruth, Patient Service Specialist, whose friendly demeanor put me at ease because I was a bundle of nerves. I was referred to them by my medical insurance company for ankle pain. After filling out some additional forms, I met Megan Verrier, my Physical Therapist whose enthusiastic personality made me feel optimistic about the journey I was about to take towards the healing process. The initial assessment included how I walked (gait), ankle measurements, ankle strength exercises/movements and to pinpoint the area where I was experiencing pain. We went through several exercises to begin the healing and strength building of my ankle. The exercises were easy to learn difficult to do but Megan made it clear in our first session that open communication was a two way street so when it was a bit painful for me I would let her know and she was accommodating. After my allotted once a week visits for a total of 6 weeks, I am no longer limping and the strength in my right ankle has increased with little or no pain. The exercises I learned in the office, I can do at home. Now it's up to me to keep moving in the right direction by taking time to continue these exercises to maintain a pain free and happy walking lifestyle.

The team here is great! I just started training with Collin Wigely and Nick for the past couple of weeks and they're fantastic. The space has large open windows for great natural lighting. I'm already starting to see results. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.

I’ve had chronic shoulder dislocation for 20 years due to sports. I’ve tried to manage it on my own through weight lifting, but after a major incident where my shoulder was dislocated for several minutes, I decided I needed help.

Megan has been so instrumental in returning me to normal mobility. She really took the time to understand my situation, and create a recovery plan that would allow me to improve week on week. She really trained me that my lack of stretching was causing an imbalance in my shoulder joint, causing it to be unstable. A huge part of my recovery was stretching, as well as strengthening my back muscles, two things that sports trainers had never before suggested.

After three months in physical therapy, my shoulder is pain free and hasn’t popped out of the socket for over six months. I feel more confident in my motions, and have returned to yoga and mountain biking with no issue. I’m so grateful for the expertise and care from Megan and the rest of the support staff.

I highly recommend Megan and the team at Select. She’s an expert at what she does, and thoughtfully listens to you through the process. If you’ve been living with pain and on the fence about getting treatment, this is a great place for you to get help!
