I just started at this office but I already look forward to my appointments each week. The entire staff is super friendly. They genuinely seem interested in getting to know their patients and building relationships. They care about helping you heal and during the stretching and exercises they explain what you are doing, why and how it helps you. Highly recommend!

The first time I came here several years ago, it was fantastic! I decided to come back to this facility. During one of my sessions I was injured by a therapist, who was taking the place of my therapist while on vacation. She did not follow the same exercise routine as my normal therapist. She decided upon herself to do her own thing which resulted in my injury. I therefore had to go to a chiropractor for treatment. Select Physical Therapy would not cover my expenses to my chiropractor. Several hundred dollars came out of my pocket due to their therapist. To top it off, I received a bill from Select PT. After calling my insurance company to fund out why it wasn't paid, I am told it was never submitted. This place is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to Select Therapy in Jonestown 4 different times for four different issues and every time the Staff has treated me with the utmost respect & care! I’ve always recouped very well! They are very kind, knowledgeable as to what is best for my conditions! They are all very friendly & funny at times which in my opinion sure helps the healing process!
Elizabeth is the PT that did my assessment this time & she was also very thorough & kind! I’d highly recommend Jonestown’s Select Therapy & have done so in the past! They’re great!
