I had great experience with Select Physical Therapy-Geary. Audrey is exceptional. Highly qualified, knowledgeable and patient.
Audrey outlined an effective treatment plan suited to my recovery. I also worked with Sam(also highly skilled) during my treatment and they both keep you on track with your exercises. They look at your form and give a good amount of 1:1 attention.
I also could not help notice that the other therapists at this office are also very attentive and kind to their patients. The entire staff works well together. I would recommend Select Physical Therapy-Geary to others looking for Physical Therapy.

Because of the personal attention, expert staff and flexible scheduling, Select is now my choice for PT in San Francisco. Audrey and Sam looked after me so well over 6-8 weeks, helping me overcome hip and groin pain. They were so engaging and knowledgeable, that I really did look forward to my sessions, even if they put me through my paces with exercises and stretches I'd never done after years of gym and yoga on my own. Each took personal attention to my concerns, always in a cheerful way, too. They were never at a loss for approaches to my pain, mixing things up when needed. I can't recommend them and Select enough.

First visit to Select PT and had Karim as my therapist. I felt as busy as she was and her schedule was so booked, she focused on what I needed to do to improve my condition. I was referred to CPMC and they earliest appointment was January 2025, so glad to get an appointment here. It did take 2 months before getting an appointment.

I had a shoulder injury that impacted my work life and Select PT on Geary and Parker welcomed me into their practice to begin my recovery. Audrey was very thorough in identifying where my weakness was, tailoring my exercises for those areas and steadily ramping up the difficulty. Over the course of a month I was able to greatly improve and strengthen my shoulder to the point where the pain was gone. I think everyone who is injured should get PT and if you are lucky enough, you will get placed at this branch of Select PT. They do excellent work!

My doctor advised to do pt for my low back injury. Called the local tel # and left a vm, no response; entered an online appointment request the next day, no response; 3rd day, called the 800#, got cut off 3 times while on hold, 4th time a person answered. She said she thinks they are booked up until September. It would have been nice, if they responded or put it on their recording! I’ll try another facility.
Update: In July, I called 7-8 pt facilities and all were booked until September and one in November. Select PT had the earliest appt. in September. At the first appt, a schedule for appts were made on a day and times convenient to me. Audrey and Sam were very good in explaining what exercises were beneficial for which muscles. If you need an appt, call the 800 #.

I had a great experience with select physical therapy. I spent about four or five months under their care, working on rehabilitation of my neck and shoulders due to an overuse injury. Too much typing!

I had great help from Audrey, JP, and Julie while here. All were very supportive in listening to what caused me pain, teaching me exercises to help strengthen my body, providing manual therapy, and ultimately improving my health and well-being.

I’m extremely grateful to them and all of the staff at Select PT for helping reduce my pain and improving my quality of life. Thank you!
