This is the second time that I have used Select Therapy for my various issues. I’ve had Kate as my physical therapist both times and she did a great job with my back and knee pain. What I like most about Select Therapy is the one on one care. Other Physical Therapy companies pawn you off to students or interns.

Select Therapy helped me to get back to normal with my low back muscular issues and pain free. My therapist Kate gave insightful instructions on stretching and exercises to use for building my core strength and to easily get relief when another episode of discomfort might occur. All staff i interacted with were respectful, courteous and informative in helping me accomplish my health goals. The facility was convenient, clean and houses the right equipment to exercise and stretch. I would recommend this facility.

Steve Itrich is a very talented physical therapist. He has the ability to relate well to people and shift his approach based on real time information around the specifics of each person's physical recovery path. I had a partial knee replacement and he has been great to challenge me while also not pushing too hard. Thanks Steve, you have been awesome!

I had a great first PT session with Steve Itrich. He’s very good at explaining why he’s having you do the exercises that you’re doing. He’s smart and thorough. He’s got a good personality and I look forward to rehabbing my back after my surgery.

The entire team at Select Physical Therapy is top notch! Steve worked closely with me to understand my fitness goals, and gave me the tools to rehab my nagging hamstring injury and get me back to 100%. They are all super friendly, and I could tell they cared about me. Every week he'd ask about my newborn child, who I love dearly. I have been going to Select PT in Aliso Viejo for the past few weeks. Since the first day of therapy, everyone has been very warm, professional, and makes everyone who walks through their door feel comfortable. The therapists are very well trained. I feel like I'm getting stronger everyday. I appreciate the office staff's flexibility with scheduling appointments and kindness. The facility is clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Select to anyone who needs excellent PT with warm, kind, friendly, staff! Also, it's nice to work with people who have a sense of humor and can make you laugh after a hard day of work. Thank you SELECT!!
