Sedation Dentistry in Sunny Isles – Worth the Flight from New York!

Since I can remember, I’ve had a chronic phobia of the dentist—so much so that I usually require general anesthesia just to get through a visit. But at this dental office in Sunny Isles, everything changed.

I came in for two root canals, terrified as usual, but they gave me laughing gas and a pill—and to my surprise, I didn’t feel a thing. I woke up three hours later, everything was done. No pain, just a little discomfort.

What truly stood out was the team: from the front desk to the doctors, every single person was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding of my fears. They walked me through each step and made me feel safe the entire time.

I live in New York and I fly in just to see this dentist. That’s how good they are. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, I highly recommend this place. They genuinely care—and it shows.

Exceptional service! Best Dentist facility I have ever been to. Quick, professional, personable, comfortable, clean, aesthetically pleasing environment from sound, temperature, chairs, vibe, ambiance. It was actually a pleasant experience. It was the details, from cutely feminine-colored cleaning tools, using head spot lights instead of overhead lighting, using numbing cream, good tasting mouthwash and toothpaste. Definitely will return and recommend!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Francisco Rodriguez, Alena and Ericka for the excellent dental procedure I received recently. Dr. Francisco and Alena not only performed a painless process, but they were very friendly and reassuring, which helped to ease my anxiety. My case manager Ericka was very professional and patient with me, she was listening my emotional complaints and made sure I get the best service during the process. The office is very modern and inviting, with a comfortable waiting area and friendly staff.They even have massage chair in the procedure room to help patients relax during procedures. The entire dental team was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Francisco Rodriguez to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. I can’t even describe how disappointed I am rn.
My appointment was originally at 11 am. But as long as I’m a new patient they asked me to come in earlier. At 10. No one called me. I did. No one has explained me how to find the office, where to park the car. I spent 20 minutes to find a spot at the parking garage. Plus, I was driving for 45 minutes.
I managed to find their office and show up at 10:30 (still before 11) just to find out they simply canceled my visit. Without any call. And I had to pay for the parking.
Extremely unprofessional.
Can’t say nothing good or bad about a dentist. Never get a chance to meet her/him. And I never will because of the way how they run the office.
But you can try.

I’ve been going to this dentist since 2018 and I love them. The place is clean, I never have to wait anything past 5 minutes to see them. My hygienist is Lorena. She is a delight! I look forward to seeing her each time. I removed 2 of my wisdom teeth here as well and the doctor was great. My teeth have improved so much since I began going here and I’ve never been let down.
