Searcy Physical Therapy

Physical therapist was helpful and knowledgeable, but the staff did not accurately communicate the cost with me. After thinking I had paid everything, they sent me an extra bill that I was unaware of. Had the staff communicated the full price to me initially, I would not have chosen to visit. Since they did not, I was left forced to pay the bill. I am very displeased with the service and communication from this place.

I came to Searcy Physical Therapy with low back and right hip pain. I have had this pain for years. I saw Haley Main, she diagnosed my pain and gave me exercises to heal the area. She worked a miracle on me. I am now ready to return to an active life style. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to do my exercises to keep the pain from coming back. I would definitely recommend Searcy Physical Therapy and Haley Main to anyone needing therapy.

Due to arthroscopic knee surgery and consequent swelling and stiffness, I began PT at Searcy Physical Therapy at the recommendation of a retired PT. I was given a next day appointment with Caitlin. Today was session three and I’ve realized how weak my leg muscles have become after an injury in April. But she has been encouraging and I’ve been seeing small steps of progress. The facility is clean and roomy with private rooms and an open area for various exercises on comfortable beds or bikes. Areas are cleaned after use. I’m very pleased with my experience here.

This is my first experience with PT in 30 years and it has been wonderful. The facilities are great and all the people have been so helpful and friendly. I appreciate that I always have the same therapist who knows where I am in my progress and knows what I need. It is obvious that Caitlin enjoys her job and genuinely wants to help me get back to doing the things that I love. I look forward to going to PT. Thank you Searcy Physical Therapy.

I have needed physical therapy several times in the past few years and each time I have returned to Searcy Physical Therapy. Every therapist that has treated me is professional, attentive, and FUN, and they really listen to me and provide just the right amount of workout for how I feel that day. I've used Searcy Physical Therapy for 2 different issues, and I've had no issues during the many weeks I was a client there. The building is clean and organized. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. I've seen 2 therapists, Kristin being my primary PT. She is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. She also has good communication skills, she's humble yet confident, and is very easy to get along with. Mike helped me when I needed to come in on a day when Kristin was working in a different office. He is kind and knowledgeable also. I recommend Searcy PT wholeheartedly! Every employee seem truly concerned with their clients' well-being, and they'll do their best to get you feeling better!

After a fairly invasive neck surgery I was struggling with getting my range of motion back to where it needed to be. My first visit to Searcy Physical Therapy was an incredible experience. The therapist that worked with me took her time to listen to my story and review the medical and surgical records I brought with me. She then took me through a thorough evaluation. After our session I was given very detailed information on things I could work on at home between visits. I left that day knowing I had found a place that truly cares about the health and quality of life of their patients. I recommend them to absolutely everyone I meet that needs physical therapy.

The front desk was always friendly and courteous. My therapist was Paul and he was great! This was my first time having therapy and I wasn't sure what to expect but it was great. I also found the other staff to be friendly and everyone seemed to get along which made for a good environment to be around.
