Once again, I am waiting for a phone call. They did blood work a week and a half ago. Two days after blood work, I went to the patient portal to see results, only to not find them. So I wrote a message, and within the hour, I got the results in the portal. Along with results, it said that the doctor would review them, and someone would call.

I will NEVER take my child back here. Dr Gustke picked up my 4 day old baby with no gloves on and stuck his finger in baby’s mouth. The entire building is filthy and smells like cigarette smoke and body odor. The personnel were nice enough but extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely disgusting. I was speechless when the doctor handled my baby and stuck his fingers in my baby’s mouth with no gloves. The whole place smelled horrible, the medical equipment looked ancient, baseboards and furnishings were filthy, and the staff were unprofessional. Never going back under any circumstances.

if you are a young girl or have experienced SA or are autistic or just don’t like people touching you without consent DONT go here. i went in for a follow up and the doctor literally made me so uncomfortable i’m too scared to go to the doctors at all anymore. i repeatedly said to please ask before you touch me please ask for my consent and he wouldn’t. he grabbed my face grabbed my throat and when he went to touch my lower stomach without asking AGAIN i freaked out and had a panic attack in there. not to mention he was so close his body was basically up against me and i can feel his hot breath in my face and he had his hand on my lower back i had to repeatedly tell him to get off me and get away from me when i started having my panic attack. crazy thing is my mom and one of his nurses were in there so i’m scared to even think about what would’ve happened if i was alone. (also when i was leaving i could hear the nurses talking bad ab my weight.)

We had an appointment that we showed up 20 minutes early for. It took over an hour to go to a room, another hour waiting on the doctor. All this sitting has caused me to look around and see how nasty the clinic is.. pediatric clinic that is.

Don't go here if you have mental health. I was treated very poorly. Dr and nurse saying they would break my arm and neck. Calling me names. One even told me to just kill myself. Why? I told them my phone was my security as I just got out a very abusive relationship. They decided to thrown me down because I wouldn't give my phone up. I was not being rude or violent until they did! There however was a nurse who was in labs who was very sweet. Talk to me and even agreed that what they where doing was not okay at all.

I think it’s pretty sorry for a dr office to tell u that ur paperwork is sitting on a desk.. then when u ask them if they are going to send it off they tell u maybe sometime today. How long does it take to type a phone number in a fax machine? 2 seconds. That’s not very professional of a office. I wasn’t mean or rude to lady I was talking to just told her the truth.
If she would of just said yes we have it and it will get done I wouldn’t had any reason to say nothing.
But being told my paperwork is sitting on a desk is not acceptable.

Special thank you to the employees at Searcy Medical Center!!! Every time I go to this facility I am met with a smile and greeting. You all are kind, helpful, and respectful. The public service workers in stores could learn a lot from your professionalism and common courtesy.
Thank you again!!!
