I’m so tired of this office. My son has saw Dr. Wilkins for a few years now. We love him. He is very knowledgeable! His staff is TERRIBLE! Absolutely terrible. There is not even a way to cushion that. Carol has the worse bed side manor ever as a nurse I’ve been hung up on, she never calls to schedule appointments for prescription refills. No one ever smiles in this office besides the doctor himself. I called Friday morning for a prescription refill, nothing filled, I called Monday still nothing. Called the pharmacy Monday evening and they still had not heard from the office. I’ve complained not once, not twice but three times to the office manager who is also his wife and she herself even acts like she doesn’t care. My son does not want to switch because he loves the doctor but I can’t stand another appt of coming face to face with this staff. Take my review and the rest of everyone else’s and stay far away.

I used Dr. Wilkins when I was younger and absolutely love him, so I started using him with my daughter. They tried to schedule us with the nurse practitioner Heather and it was horrible with her!! DO NOT let your kids be seen by her. She ignored everything I told her about my daughter and said her ears were "perfect." I had to take her back every week for a month because she wasn't fixing anything. I finally was able to get in with Dr. Wilkins and he said her ear drums were bulging and there's no way that could have happened in a week. I had taken her 3 weeks in a row before we got scheduled with him so she should have caught it by then but was too lazy and didn't want to listen. All Heather kept saying was she had lingering symptoms of the flu but that wasn't it at all!

I love Dr Wilkins.. he’s very knowledgeable and spot on with diagnosis. Very helpful when it comes to things like formula or samples. His nurses have been really helpful in my last visits and more friendly than they use to be.

Do not use the LPN Heather. She denied listening to what we had to say and all she checked was our sons ear and sent us on our way. We tried telling her what went on that my father in law had and that was pyloric stenosis. She wouldn't listen or believe us because she was too lazy to actually check our son and we get home. He was having trouble breathing and projectile vomiting. We head to Arkansas Children's and our son had to have immediate surgery.

Horrible place. I switched my kids doctor months ago. They tried to schedule a well-check appointment, a week ago and I told them I switched doctors. Next thing I know I have a bill stating I didn't keep a appointment. One was never even made with them. The reason I switched doctors was because I called and left around three messages all spread out through a couple weeks concerning my daughter medicine no one ever returned my call. So of course I switch if my daughter is not a concern, then I will look for a doctor that actually cares. I am happy to say I found one and she has been seen everytime she needed something.

Dr. Ben is great with my kids and we have always had a positive experience with their staff. They have even called to set up wellchecks in advance when their schedule begins filling up.
