We needed the Scott Twp EMS to help get an 89 yr old man down from the 7 th floor of Virginia Mansions because the elevators were not working! TJ, the main EMS worker, with the help of the Fire Company, managed this task without a complaint! They were polite, and reassuring to the elderly gentleman who was being helped down all those stairs! Bravo to each and everyone who helped with his situation. And when offered a tip, it was declined… we will be making a donation to this worthy organization. Thank you to all the workers who showed up👏🥹

The electric went out and I couldn’t use my oxygen concentrator so I went to my tanks and I couldn’t even turn the valves! Scott Township EMS to my rescue. Thank you so much!

Horrible. Diabetic handicap daughter called 1am they came told her she didn't look sick enough to go to hospital. My daughter has always had a very high threshold for pain and as I'm a nurse, I live far away, they did NO VITALS, NO ACCUCHEK. She is high risk. Poor lungs. Almost died from covid in 2020. At the hospital now getting infusion. TERRIBLE unprofessional service.
