Find an office that isn't this one...

The office staff...Valerie, in particular... is rude, ill mannered and the worst employee a Dr would normally want representing their office.

My husband and I 100% believe that we were over charged. We tried to speak to Valerie about that and she was simply awful. Said she "didn't care". The office made a financial agreement with us for work that had been already done that she then reneged on, even though we did as we promised we would do. She said that another member of staff made the agreement with us while she was on vacation and she didn't approve it, so she canceled it. That tells you about the staffs honor, integrity...and lack thereof

They gave my husband an estimate for work to be done. It was for almost 15k worth of work, but a LOT of extractions which he, of course, didn't want. Wewalked away from this place and found a truly amazing, Dr with a great staff who did my husband's work WITHOUT all of the BS extractions this office deemed necessary.

This is our opinion of the staff and the DDS. Opinion only.

Yep, pretty awesome place. I've been coming here for about 10 years and have yet to have a bad experience. The girls are so nice and they know I brighten up Monday mornings (maybe it's the other way around). I think Marcia looks forward to my appointment every 6 months to be honest.

Doc gave me a root canal this morning and it only took an hour. The only pain I had was the initial numbing needled. Nice job Doc, I feel awesome! I've gone through the sedation a few years back and that was a great experience as well. Switched all of my silver fillings to white. I'm not afraid to smile after the work Doc's done with me.

I love my dentist! I avoided dentists for too long due to fear related to bad, painful, past experiences. I now love my dentist, Dr. Quandt! I no longer feel all my muscles tightening up through simple exams and cleanings. Do not wait! Use your dental benefits, do not lose them. He and his staff work to make your experience as pain-free and pleasant as possible. I hated dentistry, no longer do! I LOVE MY DENTIST, Dr. Quandt!!!

All they wanted to do was use up my Insurance. Offer a expensive idea of treatments that I can't afford. When I told them that's not what I want to do, and I can't afford the treatments, they pretty much stopped treating me. Never will I return to this place.

I started seeing Dr.Quandt shortly after my dentist retired. The office is clean, all staff are friendly and truly caring, and Dr.Quandt is very thorough and made me feel comfortable with all questions I had. I’d highly recommend Dr.Quandt for all your dental needs.
