People working were very nice to my mom. I also enjoyed talking to the representatives. I think its a good place in general. Clean and friendly. Convenient location by the freeway exit. My friend goes there as well and she she had only nice things to say about it. Actually, her suggestion was the reason why we went here in a first place! I recommend it as well!

I was a new patient mid 2023.. didn't like anything about it. The staff is the reason forvthe 5 stars. From the manager to the social worker, the nurses and technicians....they're all so accommodating and pleasant to be around. We laugh alot...and when things are as bad as they are with many patients....they're dedication is superior. Made some friends and even have monthly card games with some patients, techs, and nurses. Truly a wonderful group of people

I am speaking on behalf of my brother who gets treatment at this location. This is a horrible place that have caused my brother a lot of problems. He has been taken to ER due to the negligence from some of these nurses. This place needs better management and qualify health care workers. Beware!

After five months ago, I see a response from this facility. Now I need to add the following , my brother once again ended at the hospital just a couple of weeks ago for negligence of another nurse that caused an infiltration. He was unable to go thru his treatment and was he almost died from all liquid retained. Twice in 5 months period he was closed to death for negligence. Management is aware of this and they don't care. I have advised my brother to file a claim.

Every since Deborah took over, the place has become horrible. She treats patients as if they worth nothing. All she cares about is fitting in more people not paying attention to their well being or decontamination of the machines. I do NOT recommend this place
