Santé of Mesa

I was very impressed to see my uncle in such a spacious room. My aunt was quite pleased to be able to sleep in the room with him. The staff was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I want to thank Connie Pardo for kindly helping me navigate the hallways to my uncle's room. Great staff and a very healing environment. Thank you for your wonderful care to my loved ones! I have been dealing with the service side of Sante of Mesa for more than 3 years now. Three of their managers/technicians Larry, John and Christina are always courteous, efficient, neat, professional and accurate with their dealings. I can definitely say that you will not have issues with this facility and it is a pleasure to work with this company!

First let me start off by saying we’ve been to 2 other skilled nursing facilities this year and this is by far the best my Dad has been in! Pretty much all staff we interacted with were amazing and patient, especially with my dad and his dementia. He was not the easiest patient by any means, but everyone was kind and good to him! I would like to say a special thank you to Helen, Catalina & especially Marlon who is a saint! I can’t express enough gratitude towards Marlon! One of the kindest humans we’ve ever met! The dining room staff was always helpful and kind and made each experience great! The facility itself was always clean and never had any smells like other facilities we’ve been to. Unfortunately my only negative experience was discharge. There was a lot of confusion due to lack of communication between office staff and family. Cassandra was not a pleasant person to deal with and seems to have a hard time having a professional conversation. I do understand people have bad days and stressful jobs, however being told that if we left earlier than they wanted, I was then threatened with no medications to be provided nor any home/health care. Fortunately, this did get straightened out and we were able to leave with the Dr’s clearance, home health care and medications. Having said all that, the facility, CNA’s and nurses were top notch and we would highly recommend Sante Mesa to everyone!

Today I had wonderful CNAs that made my day Catalina Annabelle and Marlin I was pretty down and out when I got here yesterday these three CNAs lifted my spirits the minute they walked in my room. I want to thank you three for bringing my spirits back up. They gave me a shower and after the shower made sure I had lotion all over my body a true shower. They were always here willing to help if I needed any incredible CNAs. I want to give a big thank you to Aurora it's so nice to wake up to a smiling face somebody that is pleasant as she is. She never complains if I have to get in and out of bed a couple of times a day she's always willing to make me comfortable. I truly look forward to the day that she works. My last 4 days here at sante Mesa I had Brian as my CNA Brian is excellent! Brian would enter my room and already know what I was going to need. He would encourage me to exercise so I would get stronger so I can go home sooner. I am now going home today December 23rd. I can't thank the staff enough for my care here at Sante Mesa.

Anabel is one of the best CNAs employed at Sante of Mesa. She is a team player and was more than willing to help in any way with my husband's care. She has a very empathetic and cheerful attitude.

I have been a patient in Sante of Mesa since early October. I have received excellent care from a long list of doctors and nurses and physical therapists. I espically want to comment on the excellent treatment I have received from physical therapy. Their compassionate guidance has attributed to the excellent recovery of my mobility returning. I want to shout out a few people specifically that have truly made my experience here so good. Bailey Avila, Cody and Francisco for all their hard work with me during the many weeks. They make recovery a pleasure to attend. One of the sessions was spent playing corn hole and it was a fun learning experience that made physica therapy fun. I look forward to continuing with my recouprstion at Sante of mesa and working with the excellent staff.

Connie is an asset to Sante Mesa. She is always friendly and cheerful. She goes out of her way to engage, I certainly enjoy her holiday decorations and attitude
