My grandpa needed to go to a place for short term rehab after he had hip surgery. My family and I were new to this next step. I called to get more information about this facility since it was literally walking distance, I spoke to Shaneka in Admissions and she was so helpful she explained every single detail on how it works. I also tour and she had me talking to each dept that would be involved in his recovery. I was really impressed. I might not be the newest facility, my family and I didn't care as long as our loved one was taking care of. And . I want to thank Shaneka once again.

My stay here Was A wonderful one the staff the food was great. My therapy was top-notch. They really help me a lot. I would recommend it to everybody.

I've heard mixed reviews about this facility but I'm glad I took the benefit of the doubt and admitted my grandpa here. It took awhile to get accustomed to the environment but during his time there he was fairly taken cared of and was recovering nicely.

This is the worst facility I have ever been in where they put hands on ur loved ones and they blatantly and openly cuss at ur loved ones is u want ur loved one that is getting older and u don't want them treated like dirt ples don't send them here I urge u please do not send ur loved ones here and if u do have loved ones ples check on then cuz I seen some of them have bruses fron hand marks and I urge a federal investigation of this place there is about only 6 nurses here that are the kindness I feel bad for them that they have to work around the bad ones.. 1 nurse Ana 11 to 7 shift said she give me permission she is one of the 6 that are very kind and caring

They are neglectful. One person under their care did not receive medical care and as a result lost a toe. I cannot believe they are still permitted to take new people!
