Upon my first visit, staff was nice. Office was nice and clean. The nurse was awesome.
Dr. Sandy had perfect bedside manner. She had more knowledge of my medical conditions than my last 3 specialists even had... And made very helpful suggestions.
Probably the first time I've NOT been medically gaslighted in at least 5 years.

She was very pleasant Miss Klaas, and very observant of your needs. I’ll tell you what if you need a really good doctor and you’re in the high school area anywhere around it or even in Little Rock I went from come from Little Rock to see her. She is really really good. It was my first time seeing her. She made me feel comfortable her whole out, her whole staff made me feel welcomed and they felt like they really cared what my needs were so yeah

Wonderful experience. Didn’t mind my five year old being hyper and took time to make sure he was comfortable with the check up. Listened to my concerns and I felt she really cared. Will be taking all my kids to see her!

Great doctor. Knowledgeable.
Low wait times in her office.
Very friendly.
And a willingness to listen.
While discussing some lab results, I mentioned an unrelated condition that has been bothering me.
She asked if I wanted her to do anything, so we discussed it and she sent me to a specialist.
THIS is what "providing the best treatment for your patients" look like.
Not everything is the job of a General Practitioner, and while she knows alot, she has no ego about refering you to a specialist if fix the issue and your problem warrants it.
That's awesome.
