TERRIBLE. Not the doctors and practice itself, but the receptionist staff. I called to ask them to send over my immunizations record for school, and asked them to email them to me. She replied in a very rude voice, “NO”. Apparently they can’t email them? I asked for them to be faxed as well and she said no to that as well. She told me she would read them off to me if I needed them. I then told her I wasn’t going to have them read off to me and asked to come and pick them up and she huffed and said “fine? Arlington heights location?” I said yes have a nice day! And she hung up on me. Absolutely unbelievable she should be glad she wasn’t this rude to me in person because I wouldn’t have stood for it. And based on other reviews, it seems like everyone has the same issue.

Very rude receptionist. Just too much attitude on the other side of the phone. We called to leave a message for the doctor. And the receptionist told us - your appointment with the doctor is for that. And when I said that it’s urgent and if she can pass on a message to the doctor , she said the nurse will call us.

And ultimately no one called us back. Very in professional. She never passed on any message. I don’t know what kind of happiness they get by such behavior.

This review is in regards to only a few of the physicians that saw our daughter that kept dismissing my concerns. She had an undiagnosed swallowing disorder that I had repeatedly expressed my concerns about, and several of the doctors totally ignored our concerns! She had colic, unable to nurse well, GERD/GER, didn't sleep, and couldn't eat purees even at 12 months old! I'm a RN, and I worked in pediatrics. I knew something was wrong on day 0 of my daughter's life, when she kept choking on spit up, and I repeatedly told the doctors something seemed wrong with her swallowing. At 2 months old, she choked and we called EMS. Fortunately, I was able to pat her down and suction her immediately, and she improved after a few minutes. Once EMS arrived, she had mostly recovered, except for some slight paleness but her vitals were normal by the time they checked. I made an appointment with Dr. Powell, and he yelled at me for "making the appointment," so I took my daughters to a different practice! She was later diagnosed with SEVERE class 4 tongue and lip ties, a delayed swallow with immature eating patterns, and possible dairy intolerance. Thankfully, all our issues resolved once her severe oral tethered tissues were lasered. Because it took a long to be diagnosed, she did have oral aversions for some time. Feeding therapy helped with Oralofacial Mylogist who is also a SLP (Heather in Lombard, IL). LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS PARENTS!!! PLEASE!

I have been taking my 1 year old daughter to Sanders Court and have had very great experiences. We have had numerous appointments and couldn't be happier with the bedside manner, attention to detail, and professionalism of their doctors and nurses. The receptionist go above and beyond to schedule appointments around my busy schedule. The nurses here are top notch too. Nurse Emily is the best and takes time to answer my dumb dad questions!

All in all this is a great place to bring your newborn or young child for check ups. You can tell they all care which is why they have been around for so many years!

Absolutely terrible receptionist. Not helpful and is very rude. She hung up on me multiple times in the past while I was still asking a question. Not very welcoming service.

We've been going here for many years and the doctors and office staff are all fantastic! We've loved all of the doctors that we've seen, and the office staff recently has been amazing and bends over backwards to help out. I needed some medical forms filled out last minute for my daughter's camp and the woman who answered was extremely helpful and was able to get them done very quickly even though the doctor who needed to sign wouldn't be back at that location until after the form deadline. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond and really seem to care!

Very happy with this practice. Always friendly and not rushed. I am always seen in a timely manner, probably within 5 minutes of arriving. They are very accommodating in scheduling appointments. I find both the doctors and office staff to be fantastic and very warm and welcoming. Some of the negative reviews hard to believe as I have never had an experience even remotely similar to those posted. Are we sure we are talking about the same office?

Been going here for years with two kids, absolutely love all the doctors we see, but the receptionist who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. And after reading through these reviews, I am not the only person who feels this way. As a receptionist, you are a voice and face to this practice and it saddens me that you are incredibly rude and make me feel that I am inconveniencing you for calling to make an appointment for my newborn.
