My experience with San Pablo Healthcare & Wellness Center has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure residents receive the best possible care, treating them like family.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The nursing team is attentive, always available to answer questions, and provides top-notch medical care. The therapy department is outstanding, helping my loved one regain strength and independence faster than we ever expected.

What sets San Pablo Healthcare & Welpness Center apart is the genuine compassion of the caregivers. They take the time to engage with residents, creating a sense of community and dignity. The activities program is fantastic, offering engaging events that keep residents active and social.

My name is Maria Lopez, and I was very happy to be at San Pablo Healthcare. I want provide a positive reference to for this facility and express my gratitude to Mr. Taze, who helped me adjust during my stay, as well my nurses Aldrin, Arturo and Harpeet my wonderful nurses who supported me. Thank you so much for having me here and to everyone who assisted me. I also want to mention that Mrs. Alicia is really sweet and kept my room clean and tidy. I also enjoyed the physical therapy sessions. I loved the various activities including karaoke and happy hour. We had bingo games and casino trips, and the food was quite good. Additionally, the bed was really comfortable!!! 😆

This facility employs many individuals who are exceptional in their roles as caregivers, those who represent the activities department, the Therapy staff, and the environmental services crew.
My stay began with a pleasant welcome from Taze, who is knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled in resolving issues as they arise, qualities I observed throughout my stay.
Rosalie, Marietta, and May, ladies of the Activities department, are sweet, caring, and possess an uplifting nature that is infectious.
The CNAs seem to be tireless as they carry out their daily responsibilities. They're always respectful and patient. I'm sorry that I don't have enough space to list them all by name, but I absolutely have nothing to offer but praise for each of them.
This is true regarding the Nursing staff also. If ever you need them, they are there for you swiftly. They exhibit genuine care and concern for each individual.
The friendliest department of healthcare providers, imho, is Occupational Therapy. Every single one of them is pleasant, patient, and genuinely interested in helping you to improve your life.
One group of people employed here that I most enjoyed spending my time with are those who keep the facility clean. I am not exaggerating when I state that I've never worked in, nor lived in a facility that is better kept. It's a gross understatement to say that I'm extremely impressed. These exceptional individuals include, Harish, Luis, and Arnold.

It's a nice, clean and they have wonderful people taking care of patients. Another thing I liked was not everyone can get inside of the facility that means they really care about the safety of our love ones.

Went to visit my family member. The staff was very attentive to her and helped log all her clothing. The facility is clean & did not smell in any way. Bonus there was a security guard monitoring the parking lot as well.

Busy place lots of patients sitting around and wheeling around.
threee to a room with rolling toilet for the room, no flushing toilet.
Seemed clean.
Staff was friendly and helpful under obviously cramped and challenging conditions with high needs residents like the friend I visited.
Bedding was clean.
Rehab/exercise opportunities.
individual LCD TV’s for each bed across room and high, but speakers on TV so three TV’s in a room on loud creates cacophony.
better if each bed had speaker at bed for quieter ambience.
Overall decent situation for tough circumstances that I hope I never end up in…

I would like to give this five star review foe the San Pablo health and wellness center. I am very thankful to have been placed here for my recovery care. The facility is clean and the management and staff are amazing patient kind caring and accommodating. The kitchen staff is just yummy and they really make your tummy sing.

I wanted to give a big thanks to Tyrena. She helped my aunt during the night shift. Tyrena is very kind, attentive and always has a smile on her face. My aunt feels comfortable with her presence around. My aunt is always clean and well taken care of. I can't tell you how good it feels to have someone like Tyrena care for my family member. It gives me peace of mind to know my aunt is in good hands.
