We visited this restaurant for the first time today. The interior was large and rather industrial in appearance. We ordered at the counter, and the food was delivered quickly to our table. We had a. Large burrito, quesabirria tacos and pastor tostadas. All were absolutely delicious. It also had a nice salsa bar. We chose our own salsas for the chips.

Had an issue with putting the wrong phone number in and didn't get all of the just 4 U deals discounted correctly. I was told by customer service that the cashier couldn't change the number without returning everything and then re ringing everything up. Probably had at least $30 in savings and so I was a little irritated that not only would it take more time it seemed that the young cashier could care less if I got the right price or not because it would be more work for him. I tried customer service and the lady I believe her name is Dawn gave me her lazy answer of the cashier would have to redo the whole thing but why couldn't she do this too? She wasn't doing anything and I would have been holding people up at the check stand. So far 0 out 5 on my review at this point. But then I spoke with Dawn Rodriguez and she helped me get the sale prices and clear up everything and I finally felt like someone understood that as a customer they should make it right especially with the amount of money I spend there annually. This is not the first time that Dawn R.has helped me she always has a great customer focused attitude and is part of the solution. Dawn Rodriguez has always exceeded or responsibility my expectations. If Dawn hadn't saved the day here I'd give them a 0 out of 5 instead I'll give them a 5 of 5.

zach was THE BEST DUG WORKER EVER!!!! he was so sweet and got TOP NOTCH groceries for me. i ordered brussel sprouts and he got all the best ones, I COULD TELL!! he DESERVES A RAISE

Great quality on a lot of the stock, some of the produce is sketchy but you can just choose some other piece, the meat department has great deals all of the time though!

Pharmacy staff:
Persian pharmacist-
I was in the store today looking for meds for my mom who is really sick. I was approaching the counter as this lady was obviously avoiding eye contact. When i got to counter, i saw she was on the phone. I waited for a good 10 mins. I could hear that she was on hold with the person on the line. Normally someone would say in that time, i will be with u soon, or I will be right with you, etc. Not once did she acknowledge me, yet when i asked her a question nicely (as i knew she was on hold), she gave me a finger, like saying one minute, but her face was saying dont bother me.
Now, i dont know who u think u are, but nobody appreciates that kind of attitude. What kind of nonsense is that ? I asked her co worker same question, and she wasnt friendly, but at least she pointed me in right direction. If you cant have customer service then find another job. One that would fix your attitude.
Aside from this, i like this safeway. Its my favorite. The awful pharmacist is the reason for 1 star.
