I had such a pleasant experience my first visit to Dr Garcia. I’ve had horrible experiences with dentists and my anxiety is through the roof for any dental visits. The receptionists were so friendly and lovely as was the assistant and Dr Garcia was absolutely a dream dentist…great sense of humor, very kind, professional and had excellent results. This review is for the greatest dentists I had ever had. Have any of you had the dentist tell you that you need a deep clean for $400 or more!? If you have two options for insurance choose the one that cost more and then come to Saddleback Dentistry, they will not give you any procedure that is not needed. And you won’t hear the words “deep clean” at Saddleback. They will simply clean your teeth! Believe me, I went to 3 dentists and was told by each that I needed a “deep clean” for an extravagant amount of money…. I walked out on all of them. Yes my wife did the same. And of course we found Saddleback and we’ve never looked back.

Dr. Garcia and Dr. Konkel are the best dentists available. I have been a patient since 1992, and I wouldn’t trust my dental care to anyone else. They genuinely care about their patients and treat everyone like friends. The office staff is very friendly and always ensures that you are seen on time for your appointments. You can always rely on their integrity and character.

I've been going to Saddleback Dentistry since I moved here in 1999 and they are excellent. Most people dread going to see their dentist, but I look forward to it as everyone is so warm and friendly. They use the latest technology and over the years I've needed crowns and Dr. Garcia's work has been flawless. I also, enjoy seeing Dr. Conklin who has a wonderful sense of humor and I just love my dental hygienist and I refuse to give you his name as he'll become so popular that he won't be available when I need him. I highly recommend Saddleback Dentistry as they are both professional and caring.

Dr Conkle and his assistant were extremely kind and supportive throughout my experience of getting a crown. Having a history of anxiety at the dentist, they were understanding and patient with me. I had to have it re-sized to fit properly so I ended up needing to brings my kids with me. It was rewarding for my kids to watch me be at ease in a place that typically causes me a lot of stress. We got to learn about the tooth fairy (at mamas expense) and will be putting our tooth under our pillow tonight. Thanks for the great experience and kindness you gave myself and my little ones. We will be back soon.
