From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel welcomed. The entire staff is so attentive, friendly and professional. They really take the time to listen to you and take great care in evaluating your needs for recovery. While the physical process is not always fun, they help you keep a positive attitude and keep your improvement in mind. I just can't say enough good things about them! I was the first one in on the day I took photos, so don't let that fool you, it's normally a busy place. If you notice all the frames on the walls, those are testimonials and recovery stories from their clients!

The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I came in with serious back pain and have made an incredible amount of progress and have recovered significantly on my road to full recovery.

I used Russ Physical for two months. They are fantastic. Very patient-focused. Very kind and dedicated staff. I have a lot of back pain and the treatment and techniques at Russ have helped me live a more normal life, without pain. I would definitely use them again!

I highly recommend this physical therapy office in Bentonville. The office has a very calming atmosphere and provide a very high quality of care. The whole office team is very professional. Right from the front office, Jasper (hopefully spelling is right) is very helpful and always very nice to talk to. His baby is so adorable too ?. The physical therapists are amazing. Daniella (spelling?) has been very professional and focussed from the start. She cared and really helped. Also, Thomas has been very helpful.
One more thing, I am scared of dogs and they always made sure to put their little dog back in the office on my request. Very considerate and caring staff.
