Prepare to become very familiar with the Rothman Ortho KOP waiting room because the iPad said 2 minutes when I signed in and I have been here for over two hours.

I would literally do anything to be seen please for the love of God take me back. This is insanity.

Nightmare. If I wasn’t in so much pain I would have already left.

If you are a walk-in, expect to wait. The iPad that I signed in with said it'd be 10 minutes, but I waited more than 2 hours to be seen by a PA. After asking the lady at the front desk she said "we don't go by that..." which would have been helpful to know when I signed in... the waiting room proudly displays Rothman's "values", but really didn't feel like they respected my time.

Jon Hirsch had a nice manner and was helpful and kind.

Edit: Bumping this down to 1-star. I was told I needed an MRI and that I should try to get it that day and that they would call me with the authorization number. No one called, so I called them 24 hours later. Explained the situation to the operator, was put on hold and they forgot about me. Was on hold for 20+ minutes while they were "finding the answer" to my question and I finally just hung up and called them back.

I had to go through the hold menus again and explain my situation again. The operator told me that they have a "MRI Authorization Team" and it will take 3-5 business days to get my authorization. I don't understand why the tech would tell me they would have it for me within the day, and then for the operator to tell me it could be up to 5 days later.

Communication at every level of this organization SUCKS. I will go just about anywhere before going back here again, and will share my experiences far and wide.

Edit 2: 5 days later and never heard back for my authorization number, so I called them again. The customer service lady was snippy with me. Turns out they got my authorization number 3 days ago. She claimed that they had called but I don't have any missed calls from them and there were no voice mails. Now its too late to get an MRI this week (end of day friday) and will have to wait until Monday.

Excellent experience. I was a walk in, although you can make appointments online. Jonathan, Michael and staff were very courteous and even with the influx of patients took their time with me to answer my questions. Very satisfied and would recommend.

The KOP location is terrible with answering the phone. I’ve called three different times within a week. No one ever answers. You get one recording after another. I used the call back service. When I received the call back, the call had a bad connection. We got disconnected and the person I was speaking to did not call me back. I made an appt online and never received a call to confirm the appt.

Wonderful setup. It operates like urgent care but for orthopedic issues only. Had xrays,saw physical assistant, got diagnoses and a cortisone shot within an hour. Excellent service,kind and caring staff with attentive professional physician

Very impressed with wait time, they were able to see my mother in less than 15 minutes with x-rays right after arrival. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and she felt very comfortable leaving. Kristina (sp?) was very helpful and assisted us with leaving the facility as my mother is uneasy with walking. Happy to reccomend Jonathan and Kristina at this Urgent Care to any family members and friends 🙂

The walk in clinic is not patient friendly at all. It stars with a very confusing website. It is so unclear you cannot even tell if appointments can be scheduled. I tried to call but after waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes I hung up and took my chances.

Had to wait over 5 hrs to see a Physician Assistant and his staff. Also been calling every other day to get a referral/script for over a week to hear nothing from them..
