I am a consulting provider who occasionally take care of patients at this facility. As part of the care I provide I need for the facility to draw weekly labs and to share the results to me once available. Unfortunately despite my best efforts it has been impossible to get those results in a timely manner for most of my patients. In some instances the results remain unsent for several weeks despite my many calls requesting them. My patients do seem to feel satisfied with the other aspects of their care they receive at this facility, however.

My stay was good. I really have no complaints. All of the staff were kind and helpful. I was amazed at the good service, as I had been told to expect differently. You have probably made some good improvements. I will let those people know that they're misinformed me and that Rocky Mountain was a great experience for me. I would come here again for Rehab.

The staff did an amazing job of taking care of my uncle during his last few days. They are kind, caring, and empathetic. They ensured that my cousin was able to stay the night there to be with her dad and accommodated a quick admission. Kudos to all of the nurses, CNAs, the DON, Unit Managers, Admins and their central intake admissions team for helping get them taken care of quickly.

I can't say enough great things about RMC Clearfield. I have had 3 family members and a couple of dear friends under their care over the last 8 years and they have always been treated with kindness, respect and given the best care. Their therapy team is unmatched and the Admin team is attentive. If there is ever an issue they work immediately and quickly to find a resolution that both satisfies the patient and preserves the integrity of thier care. I would recommend the Clearfield facility to anyone who is looking for a short term rehabilitation, respite or long term care solution.

These nurses are constantly on the move taking care of their patients here. Great environment for residents and staff as well. Nurse Kelly is probably my favorite nurse. He goes above and beyond. The CNAs are 12/10!

The nurses are nice, but the management is rude and insulting. My wife called in to check on her birth mom. This is after the staff never returned her call after saying they would. She called again the next day to talk to her birth mom's nurse. They told her that they would call her back, but my wife insisted to talk to someone since that's what they told her prior and she never got a call. That is when she was transferred to the head manager.

From the moment my wife started talking to the manager, he was rude and seemed annoyed with my wife. She tried explaining her situation, and the manager was judgmental and condescending to my wife. The manager has made it very difficult for my wife to ever want to call again or go see her birth mom due to the chance of encountering the head manager again. I would give no stars if I could. Her one-time experience was demeaning and left her visually shaken and distraught. Nobody deserves to be treated the way she was.

My mother in law has spent many days in this facility on two different occasions.The staff and PT crew are amazing and treated her like family. I never ate the food but was there when they brought it in and it looked really good with large portions. It is very clean and welcoming.

I have been working in skilled nursing for 4 years and have been at Rocky Mountain for almost 2 years now, and my experience has been fantastic, especially at the Clearfield building. The administrator is an excellent leader and the team truly cares for the residents there. I would recommend this facility for employment and also to anyone looking to admit their loved one to a rehab or long-term facility.
