Just moved to the area and I am so blessed to have found Rock family dental! Everyone was phenomenal, the dentist was the best I have ever been to in 40 years! I can’t recommend them enough!!! So patient and kind and the work they did was beyond amazing!

I recently visited Rock Family Dental, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. They took the time to thoroughly explain all my dental issues and treatment options, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. What stood out the most was how genuinely they care about your dental health. They go above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and informed. Additionally, they were incredibly accommodating when I needed an earlier appointment despite their busy schedule, making sure I received the care I needed promptly. I highly recommend Rock Family Dental for their exceptional service and dedication to their patients' well-being.

ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Business. My wife scheduled me an appt to meet with the dentist after we found out our family dentist passed away. We even had our old dental office send our records. I show up for the appointment with the dentist after taking off work early and they had me scheduled for a cleaning instead of a tooth repair that was originally scheduled, they couldn't locate the records from our old dentist and asked my multiple times who it was, eventually about an hour in they found the records. Dr. was in and they took me back to see him but it turned into a consult only, Dr. did nothing. Upon leaving there they scheduled me to see the dentist, it was about 4 months out. Mind you this has been a tooth that was needing filled as the filling fell out from previous dentist who passed so I have been in much pain. I show up for my appointment today after taking off work early again, and they proceed to tell me the dentist is out on family emergency. No one attempted nor reached out to me to let me know this at any point. My phone number and email were correct in the system. I will never return, horrible business, and they don't care either. Six months wasted on waiting and still no results other than disappointment, headache, and loss of pay just to deal with incompetent people. I highly recommend you go elsewhere as this Dental office is a Joke!

When my original dentist decided to no longer take my insurance, Rock Dental got me in as fast as they could. The atmosphere inside of the office is great, almost like family. They treat you with respect and they are very thorough with their job. They spent an hour on my teeth and made sure everything was alright with my teeth which is something that my other dentist never did. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience all around. I was called and offered to come in sooner due to a cancelation. Once there everyone was professional and very friendly. Had my work done pain free and supported the entire process! Definitely recommend!

Can’t get an appointment for months out, only want to do cleanings even when teeth are broken and sore, no pain management, no way to pay other than care credit if you don’t have insurance. No payment plans. They just make small holes in your teeth to get you to come back once they get bigger it’s evil

Lol Funny to say that your happy to go to a dentist office but the professional at Rock Family Dental were outstanding took their time no rush & so nice

Kaci Titus is awesome cleaning teeth. She explains how she is going to clean the teeth. And she does X-rays that don’t hurt. I’ve been going to Kaci and Kaci Reynolds for years and they both are gentle and your teeth feel amazing. ! Highly recommend Kaci Titus!!
