Was referred to her when I was unable to get into the dentist I was trying to initiate care with. Office is clean and well-maintained, office staff warm and professional.

The doctor was compassionate and polite in her presentation, but did not take feedback into account and prescribed an antibiotic that I shared directly with her had been ineffective in the past with this issue. Her office said I could call and have it changed if it was ineffective this time as it was *the last time this exact situation happened* something I made them aware of both at the time of my visit and reiterated in a follow up phone call after my visit when I called to check next steps for treatment if the first route was ineffective.

Called and said I was still having signs of infection and she said to continue the antibiotic (that was not adequately working at the 6 day mark) and said I should go to a surgeon immediately and shouldn’t wait till the end of the year.

She was aware my insurance had not started yet. I discussed it with multiple office staff and offered to prepay out of pocket at the front desk when I entered.

Perhaps there is additional information I am unaware of, but it seems she was just ditching me as a self-pay patient rather than spend time trying to help me get stop gap care until I could get major surgery.

I also probably wouldn’t be able to get surgery anyway with an active infection so the surgeon would have to treat that themselves or refer me to another provider so I could get hit with more out of pocket expenses because they knowingly elected to not treat effectively. Again- maybe there is a clinical perspective I am unfamiliar with, but when the endodontist/dentist treating the last event saw similar results with amoxicillin they immediately changed it.

I am glad the doctor lives in a world where a patient with active insurance coverage *still pending* can almost immediately get a significant reconstructive oral surgery right around Christmas time, I just wish I lived in that world too. Very disappointed and would not use her as a primary dentist.

I was left feeling abandoned and like a nuisance when I was just trying to get help to get through a tough event at a transitional time.

I'm 71 years old and expect it to be done the old fashion way. She was a very nice Dentist. She wants it right and if it's not she will make it right. You can shake her hand and it's a deal just like the old times. Very professional and her staff are friendly also. I would highly highly recommend. ⛪️?‍?‍

I had one of the best experiences at dental office I have ever had! Did not get two of the ladies names! From the time I checked in till the time I left! Dental Hygienist Stacey made me feel very comfortable the minute I sat down in chair! I do not like going to dentist! Stacey explained everything to me! Very thorough! After her evaluation Dr. Lindsey Dolan came in to talk with ne! Explained what needed to be done! Thank you for a great experience!! I will be back for a cleaning!

I moved to Hot Springs about a year and a half ago and needed to find a new dentist. I just had my first cleaning and exam here, and it was a great experience! Everyone here was super friendly, and no one tried to sell me unnecessary services. (I had a bad experience with a dentist office in another state, where they tried to convince me I needed to replace all of my fillings and get Invisalign, and I've been wary since then.)

The dentist was very rough on my teenage daughter. He continually looked back at the screen as if he was unsure about what teeth to pull. He also had to leave the room to grab 2 bigger more abrasive plyers and yanked and pulled at her baby teeth for almost an hour. I had to turn away because I have never experienced that kind of manhandling from a dentist in my adult life and this was on my child. We were sent off with an apology and "these things happen sometimes." She's very shy and held back tears untill we got to the car she starts crying so hard and saying that it hurts so bad. I called back to ask if they would please send her something for pain and the receptionist told me "it was baby teeth she should be fine." My child laid in bed and whimpered the rest of the day. She is scared to death to go back to the dentist and only 2 of the teeth came through so we are pretty sure he pulled the wrong tooth on one of them. Finding a new dentist to find out for sure.
