Owner is unprofessional, uncaring and does not know how to do her job properly.

She has left multiple clients, including myself without care for a month with no return or text even after other agencies have intervenved.

The girls I had were great, but when the owner was supposed to fill in she was a "no show / no call". I was consistently over the years having to track her down and keep making arrangements only for her not to show up. This month, she just didn't call or show up even with agency intervention.

Do not use this company for your loved one.

Very disappointing. Dropping clients because they can’t take care of them and giving them a short time to find a new agency and then continuously asking them if they can drop them yet. This is abandoning elders. Their clients are so nice and they do this to them. I would know. I use to work for them. I’m just very disappointed.
