I don’t normally leave reviews but Dr Espino was by far the best dentist I have ever had. I have bad dental anxiety and had 21 teeth that needed work. He was so above and beyond caring, ensuring no pain during all the injections and throughout all the work. I had 2 sessions with him, one mega 8 hour session where we knocked out all 21 teeth and a second appointment a month later where I got all of my new crowns. He successfully redid so much bad military work that I had gotten and my mouth has never looked better. He made A comment towards the end of our mega session where he needed to redo something, but even at the end of everything he said “we didn’t come this far not to achieve perfection”. I couldn’t be happier with my mouth and highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Espino and his staff are incredible!! They feel like family to me and I would recommend everyone. Dr. Espino has made me feel like a new person with my teeth. He is wonderful, sweet, kind and caring and takes his time with everything he does and you dont feel like just a number you actually mean something to him and his staff. I really appreciate all he has done for me!!❤️

Absolutely amazing team! Finally a dentist I can trust! After moving to FL, it took me 2yrs to find a dentist who cares about their customers needs and wants. The smile makeover was not only Affordable, it was a very smooth and easy process! From the moment you walk in with the Extremely helpful staff to the moment you leave. They are now by go to for all my dentistry needs! Highly recommend!

1/5 stars for the actual dentist… seems like they’re always running behind schedule and the fact my teeth feel worse after any dental work when I had initially no complaints/sensitivity is just diabolical.

If Morgan wasn’t amazing at what she does. I’d tell this place to kick rocks.

It is with deep regret that I write this review because Derick is an excellent dentist. However, about two years ago he constructed a beautiful building to expand his business. I was very happy for him. Then about a year later he bought the entire business of a retiring dentist which forced him to take on more associates. I cracked two teeth eating a hard fried dish. One was an implant that shattered and the other a regular tooth. I made an appointment two weeks in advance because I was on vacation. I was seen by one of his new associates who misdiagnosed the source of my pain from another cracked tooth and sent me home in pain. Derick saw me the next day after I drove an hour to his new office. After waiting an hour he saw me and asked what happened with his associate. When I told him what happened he became defensive and actually accused me of being at fault because I cracked another implant. He forgot who was paying who and I changed my dentist. Instead of simply saying, Mack please bear with us as we expand, his response was, “I’m doing the best I can” as if his desire for a larger business was my problem. I’m not saying don’t use this business but I am saying you might want to give him a year or two to grow.

Please read his response carefully. He writes and thinks that he is doing the world a favor by assisting us! WE PAY YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES! You seem to have forgotten that very important concept. I made an appointment TWO weeks in advance for my cracked tooth and tooth pain. I told your associate twice and once to the tech that admitted me that I had pain in the gum line. She may have been focused on the cracked implant but she should have explored for the pain. You caught it within three seconds of looking at me.

As for our expectations that you be at our beck and call, I think that comment speaks for itself and validates my review.

You are an excellent dentist however, you are also spoiled, entitled and immature. You provide a medical service for people which you are paid to do. If you feel that we are intruding on your time then you are indeed in the wrong profession.

I can start off by saying I am so glad I went with my gut, and continued to look. Thankfully I was lead into the right arms Dr. Derek Espino , after almost choosing the wrong! I almost got porcelain veneers in Miami (10 top and 10 bottom) almost got botched ! I then started looking locally because I was out 1000 deposit I put in. This was the third consultation I had and was about to give up. Dr expressed to me that a crown lengthening would be ideal and I would see a big difference ! He saved me from putting stuff on my real teeth all by doing a crown lengthening showed me pictures of the work he did and I was all in. More than thankful to say the least !!! The whole staff was so sweet and welcoming and made you feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend!!! I've had the nickname since middle school "baby teeth" and now I will never have to hear it again thanks Dr and thank you staff at riverview dental and arts yall are amazing!!!!

I didn’t think I’d ever leave a review because it’s been over a year at this point but then I realized that maybe If I had read a review like this I would’ve second guessed my trip & since my mouth still hurts till this day, here we are. I can say that everyone was extremely nice and welcoming (at first), it is a very nice and clean office and the music was cool too if i recall correctly. I got a routine cleaning, which was fine and they let me know that id need a few fillings for some small cavities I had & I decided to get them done about a week - 2 later and it’s honestly one of my biggest regrets in life…. I had no pain before I walked into this establishment and a year + later, it is still painful to chew on both sides of mouth. I’ve noticed that I avoid one side all together. Which is partially my fault, I shouldn’t have allowed them to do the other side at all once I realized that it hurt to chew on the side that they had previously done but they assured me that I just had sensitive teeth and it should go away with time and I didn’t have any bad dentist experiences or pre existing reasons to be skeptical but now I’d say, better to be safe then sorry. I went back a number of times. At least more than 5 and I believe all fillings
( minus 1 possibly) were redone at least once but unfortunately it did not help. I stopped returning because, well for 1, we had already redone the fillings and fixed the bite numerous times and the problem still wasn’t solved and 2 it seemed as if they were frustrated with the fact that I kept coming back because they couldn’t pin point the problem, which I get. But all I knew was, I came here with no pain and left with alot of it. So we were all frustrated. But I just didn’t appreciate that vibe. I also inquired about my wisdom teeth, which were impacted, and I was told that I’d probably never need to get them extracted as they hadn’t erupted and it’s ironic that I write this now as Im a actively recovering from having all 4 extracted due to the eruption & impaction which were causing inflammation, shifting my teeth & trapping food in my gums. I say all of that to say, at least get a second opinion. Im not saying this place or the providers are bad or horrible but I did unfortunately have an unpleasant experience myself. As I said, they were really nice & I wish I could’ve had a great experience but they actually scarred me for life and now I’d never let anyone do anything to a tooth of mine that is not already causing me pain out of fear that they’ll only make it worse . I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason so I hate to say this but honestly, If I could go back and never step feet into this establishment , unfortunately I would.
