Front office is rude as hell. When my mom couldn't pronounce Walgreens as her pharmacy of choice, shes Spanish speaker, front office was ride about it and did not want to help her. My mom felt humiliated. Also one of the drs told my parents that since they were on medical and they did not pay anything, thats why they weren't getting the care they wanted. Basically saying you get what ypu pay for. This office is a joke and I do not recommend it at all.

Very unprofessional and unqualified front staff! Brought my husband here and staff was extremely rude! Also if you come here and have medical or medicaid the doctors are rude and treat you differently almost as putting down, will be going somewhere else from now on. All staff should be properly retrained!

Extremely unhelpful. I went in for a referral to a specialist and was given the wrong kind of referral to the wrong doctor, scheduled a dozen and a half tests I didn't ask for, and made late to my next appointment because Dr. Myint refused to read my chart before coming into my room, yet somehow ALSO refused to listen when I corrected him on the purpose of my visit. Disgusting display of abuse of the healthcare system, taking advantage of people's insurance.

Horrible. There were a few staff members who actually cared and seemed competent, mostly the Dr's and Rn's and that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. But for the most part, this place is a joke. My mom was here for 3 weeks and I was always running in circles because no one in that place seemed to be on the same page. They even transferred her without sending her life sustaining medicationshe needs and simply said we made a mistake. I had to drive 4 hours to pick it up and take it to her new facility. If you don't absolutely have to come here, I recommend you don't.

Front desk gals are unprofessional. They do try to be helpful but also talk over you. I let them. then asked all questions I needed answered and they seemed super annoyed and started being condescending. They booked an appointment on the spot for a physical because my daughter needed 2 shots (MMR & Varicella). The nurse ended up telling us they had to order it and scheduled future appointment but told me to call before to make sure they had it. I left and realized that the only shot that was ordered on her paperwork was the flu vaccine (we rejected it at the clinic). I had already left so I called the clinic and they gave me a hard time. I get it nurses get busy. I left a message no call back. I called on a regular and was told every single time that the vaccines were not available. They offered to schedule another appointment but did inform that didn’t guarantee they had the shots available for her. If someone came before her they would get the shot. WHAT?! They actually did tell me that they had them but that they ended up using them on some one else. I guess first come first serve situation? I’m still confused about that part. That made me frustrated because I thought that was the purpose of an appointment. The last straw was when I called and they asked me who the patient was and as I was giving them the name, not even finished, they cut me off and said they didn’t have it. It gave me a sense that they were not going to help me at all and were going to use their position to keep me from getting the service my daughter needed. Sad, ladies.
I am at the same clinic, but different location and staff was so much more helpful. She’s getting her shots same day.

Rude front office staff, scheduling center does not know what they are doing, never have emergency appointments available. Went to the emergency and needed s follow up with in 2 or 3 days and they didn't have anything available for 2 weeks, then they cancelled the appointment the same day and didn't have another one for 2 weeks. When I needed to see a specialist they didn't have an appointments for 5 months! By far the worst experience I have ever had!

The lady in ER (Angela) was rude. She could have simply said patient has been discharged, instead her answer was "first of all I'm not going to answer all your calls. Patient was discharged AMA" and hangs up...well of course he was....come to find out he left because they deemed him not ill enough to get treatment, meanwhile he can't breath and barely walk from the lack of oxygen. And I only called once so her taking out her frustration on a worried family member was not cool. Hope you grow in your role Angela...seems like you need to.
