This place is truly amazing! Of course no one wants to have family members out of their home, but this place is very clean and staffed with people who care! Gracie and the administration are absolutely amazing and very kind. They go above and beyond to please you. Jasmine, Nelly, Roxy and Gracie were there to guide me on what to pick to make my grandmother comfortable here. They helped pick a menu that she would like, they gave her a beautiful room and also keep her moving around. They also are so nice and considerate when entire families come in. I’m so grateful for them and I feel like she is safe here.

When my mom went to the facility for physical therapy on Friday, March 7th from Jefferson hospital, she was welcomed and treated very professionally. I was extremely impressed because our mom is very important to our family. Grace, business office manager is family to us and she treated mommy with respect and care. Nellie, CNA is very caring and kind towards mommy and checks in on her to make sure she is ok, that she is eating and when she is ready for bed. Jasmine, her nurse is very thorough in giving mommy her medications and kind as well. Michelle is in HR and I met her the first day and was very pleasant and caring. I know mommy started physical therapy today -- I did meet BJ Ann on Friday and she was very caring and careful with mommy -- I know mommy will do great in physical therapy and come home sooner than later.....Thank you for being a great facility and using your healing hands to take care of our mommy....

Alicia is the best. She is kind, helpful, and caring. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. My grandmother was here for about 5 weeks and was well cared for. Unfortunately she fell in the middle of the night trying to use the bathroom herself, leaving her with a broken arm and wrist. This was no one's fault, but it was concerning that patients who are fall risks do not have alarms on their beds. Either way, admin was great to talk to on the phone and listened deeply to my concerns. The place is by far the cleanest rehab you will find. Shout out to the cleaning crew who were also very friendly! The staff is pretty welcoming and friendly. Jasmine was great and always had a warm smile. Front desk ladies always greeted me with a smile. PT and OT appear to be fantastic and did a wonderful job with my grandmother. Additionally, they kept my grandmother clean and well taken care of.

My mother was in this facility. She woke up one morning for breakfast. She had a headache so she told the nurse that she was going to lay back down which was around 9am. When lunch came no one checked on her or even woke her up to take her beds. Long story short, not one nurse or aide try waking her up all day or night so she did without medications or food. The next day around 9am a nurse went into her room to wake her and my mother was unresponsive. My mother had a stroke the prior morning. She laid there for over 13 hours and no one checked on her. When we got to the hospital she was on life support, they told us there was nothing they can do for her. My mother was brain dead because they waited too long to call an ambulance. We had to take my Mom off of life support and she passed away. And not to mention, they weren't giving her the blood thinner that she was supposed to be taking.

I just got released from the place and quite a few items that were packed up in my bags were missing, someone even stole an embroidery project I was working on along with adult diapers, I will never come back to this place again!

This nursing home is clean and well kept. I trained there for a few days and was very appreciative of all the help the nurses give and how well they work together and take care of there patients. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for there family or even looking for employment.
