My mother was at this place and received terrible care in 2024. She was left to sit in a dirty diaper for hours, was never bathed, teeth not brushed, filthy room, dirty sheets, and multiple falls. Our family would care for her when visiting since they were not doing their jobs. She would be left in the same clothes for days if we didn't say something. When we would ask the staff to assist, they would act like we were bothering them. They were extremely understaffed and my mom hated it there. I am wondering why all of the old reviews were removed and this place has a five star review now. What a joke!

My mother in law was placed in the care of this home in 2024.The staff there did not care as anytime we asked for something it was always a problem.There were times we had to request for her to be bathed as it was not being done.When arriving, there were multiple times in which she soiled herself and my wife or my sister in laws had to change her. Her dirty clothes when she was changed would be thrown in a corner and not even removed from the room. There were also things stolen from her room. There are so many other things I could point out, but this place was an absolute joke.
