We are new clients with our Ellie May. Vaughn flawlessly obtained former vet records and worked with my challenging schedule. The receptionist was so welcoming upon our arrival (as was Hunter). Dr. Roxi is excellent-- Kind, gentle, intelligent and not in a hurry. We will be back with Holly and Hunter, our other rescue Coonhounds. Such a significant message about God painted in the lobby. The Montello community is blessed to have this team serving our furry family members.

After 4 other vets told me they could not take my cat because she had a UTI River Country Animals stepped up and helped me and Momma Kitty. Not only saved me an expensive trip to Madison they were there for us. Thank you so much Momma Kitty is doing much better.

Finding the right doctor is important for my family. I need someone I can trust and a place that I know will treat my pets with respect. I was pleased with the friendly, laid-back approach Dr. Roxy and her staff had. Also love the holistic style of care! Hank says he feels great!

Dr Roxy is such a compassionate and intelligent Dr! Has been so gentle and good to my dog! Need a compassionate dr for the fur baby she's definitely who you should see!

She is a good vet but my opinion is another vet should be added. Three times I had to beg to get my animal looked at only it was impossible bc of her patient load. I understand this but I lost my friend over having to wait too long. I also believe she needs a personal manager for her and the clinic.

We take our dog Keenan here regularly. He loves Dr. Roxie and she takes good care of him always. She's a very caring vet who always has your pet's best interest at heart. Offers good advice and follows up with you. I appreciate the holistic approach as well as the traditional. We hope to be using this clinic for years to come!

I brought my Norbert to River Country after calling vets for over 2 hours (we live out of town). He had an exposed anal gland and was in a lot of pain. It was a Friday and River Country was kind enough to get us in last minute. Everyone was so kind!! Norbert is a big dog and was not a happy camper. Dr Roxi was so kind and patient. He was back to normal after a couple days. If I lived in town this would be our new vet! Thank you so much!
