Everything is good but of course nothing is perfect. I think it's as well as can be. The health care is awesome. I really appreciate the care you have given my sister. I never give 5 stars but y'all as an overall are top of the line.

So far so good, the establishment smells like urine throughout, some wings is overwhelming, Mother hasn't been at River City but days, so I'll update my opinion accordingly. Staff has been nice to her so far. Very difficult to enter and move through the place, doors are locked at every doorway, you must find someone at every point to let you enter/exit. Mother's tray table is broken and her bed is warped, she was in the bed at an angle. No TVs or Phone provided for patient/resident either, disappointing.

I have lots of experience with this building, I've had two grandmother's who were there till the very end , were there ever any issues? Of course there were because no where nor anything is perfect. Fast forward years later till now and I have a uncle whose there, and he receives very appropriate / as expected care .I absolutely LOVE the therapy department, they do a great job and take pride in what they do . I highly recommend for rehab .The receptionist is always very friendly .

Putting your loved one in a nursing home is a scary and saddening moment. You hear so much on the news and only want the best for your family member. After speaking with the administrator Joseph, i knew I was making the right decision. I truly appreciate everyone who works here. They treated my granddad with such compassion and care.

What a kind of a rest home where workers have 0 Empathy for its patients and relatives? River City Center! The phone answering employees and their supervisors are not willing to help me after my other sister passed away yesterday, reach my sister without being so heartless and condescending about my request. Lord I pray no one else I know has to deal with these people. Update: after finally talking to Supervisor Susan everything was worked out and received an apology. Thank you!

Had a great opportunity to speak with some of the staff about some questions about future placement of a family member. They were very kind and helpful. They really made it really easy to talk through these difficult conversations and help me get some direction in the course of action that can be taken. Thank you for your knowledge and commitment to making this season of life a little easier.

The receptionist Kim helpful and friendly. The only thing no drinking water. We happened to bring him ice tea and I know by the way he drunk that he was thirsty.
